We have dreamed of owning a condo in Florida for years and found Burnt Store Marina(BSM) to be the perfect spot.We hope you will decide to share in our dream by staying in our home away from home. Kevin is a retired Manufacturing Manager and Joyce is a Real Estate Professional in beautiful East Tennessee. We hope to spend more time here in the future and possibly live here. We purchased this property in Summer 2021. Rental is available all year. Most BSM residents bought here after experiencing a wonderful time here as a visitor. General PoliciesNOTE: The minimum stay is 30 nights (Association rules.) Jan, Feb, March must be rented as a 90 night block. Also, unless otherwise negotiated, rentals are by calendar month.

"We stayed here for 3 months (1 May 2021 - 1Aug 2021) while our new home remains under construction. This unit is a little piece of heaven that is VERY COMFORTABLE and RELAXING. There is a pool literally across the parking lot (maybe 100 yards away) and gorgeous marina that provides the perfect backdrop for evening strolls. Even though we were there in summer, there were very few instances that we didn't see manatees swimming in the marina waters. Usually they are only prevalent during the winter months. There is plenty of room in the unit and it is very well maintained. The owners are VERY EASY to work with and responsive although there really were no issues that needed to be resolved as everything was in working order. We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this unit. THANKS for letting us enjoy your condo!!"
"Great Unit This unit has it all. Great location if you are a walker, go to the Point and see the dolphins and manatees. Cass Cay for a quick salad or a full supper. Very nice neighbors in the condo building. Appliances all work, furniture is comfortable. You will never want for ice cubes."

This is a lovely, well-appointed and equipped first floor end unit with lanai and enclosed screen porch. It is the closest unit to the swimming pool and within easy walking distance of the marina which has a restaurant. We are four retired friends who thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe in this gated community. The owner Joe B is "right on top of things", as is his onsite representative Joe S who is very welcoming and helpful about what to see and do in the area."
This condo is in the Commodore Club of beautiful Burnt Store Marina. The unit is in a great lovation about 50ft from a great pool. Thu unit is close to the Marina where we would to every morning to get coffee at the small store. There is also a nice restaurant called CassCay as well as a large sidewalk around both Marinas where we would walk every morning. The owner Joe is honest and very responsive. Downtown Punta Gorda has a lot to offer like Fishermans Village lots of stores and good restaurants. Also the Tiki hut by FourSeasons hotel and Laishleys also by the water. Good places to go would be Siesta Key in Sarasoto perhaps the best beach in the USA, about a 75 min drive,Venice Beach, Sannibal and Captiva island a Lille crowded, Pine island,close and Boca Grande on Gaspiralla island. The unit was large and very clean and well equipped. All in all we had a great time and hope to come back."
