Burnt Store Marina is located between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. It is convenient to numerous places of great interest for things to see and do. Within 30 minutes to 90 minutes drive, you will find the following things fun to do and places to visit: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Ft Myers (home of the Edison-Ford museum, also great Manatee viewing in winter time) Pine Island, Boca Grande, Sanibel, Venice, Naples, Marco Island the Everglades (totally fun), the huge and locally famous MIROMAR OUTLETS (shop till you drop) are just a few places to peak your interest. Ask any local and they will share with you all their favorite things to do. Of course, you can Google any of these for highlights.

About Owner ~ Kevin and Joyce Frye. We have dreamed of owning a condo in Florida for years and found Burnt Store Marina(BSM) to be the perfect spot.We hope you will decide to share in our dream by staying in our home away from home. Kevin is a retired Manufacturing Manager and Joyce is a Real Estate Professional in beautiful East Tennessee. We hope to spend more time here in the future and possibly live here. We purchased this property in Summer 2021. Rental is available all year. Most BSM residents bought here after experiencing a wonderful time here as a visitor. Check-Out Time : Flexible
General Policies
NOTE: The minimum stay is 30 nights (Association rules.) Jan, Feb, March must be rented as a 90 night block. Also, unless otherwise negotiated, rentals are by calendar month.
House Rules
Sorry, no pets of any kind, also smoking (to include vaping) of any type not permitted in or within immediate proximity of the unit. This also applies to guests of renter.
Terms & Conditions
Payments can be made by Venmo or Personal Check Florida transient lodging tax of 11.5% will be added to rental rate only. No tax will be added to deposit or cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation permitted up to 150 days prior to arrival date. $1000 handling fee assessed. Travel insurance strongly recommended.

"Wonderful Property - Five Star Rating We spent the beautiful month of April at this excellent first floor condo. Very clean, spacious, updated and nicely decorated unit, with all the amenities needed to feel at home. Just a few steps to the Association's beautiful pool area. Very close to the popular Cass Cay restaurant within the well-maintained and gated Burnt Store Marina development. Easy drive to many other wonderful restaurants, Publix supermarket, Walmart, Walgreens, Fishermen's Village shops and harbor walk in the Punta Gorda area. We had coffee on the lanai every morning before spending a relaxing time at the pool and/or taking a long walk. Everyone we met at the Commodore Club Association, whether owners or other renters, were very nice. This is the best property we have experienced in our years of trips to Florida."

""This Burnt Store Marina development is a well-maintained gated community between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. We have stayed three separate times in this clean and comfortable first floor condo unit. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The Association's pool (included) is very close, just across a small parking lot that has a covered car port space for your vehicle. There are good sidewalks for walking as much as you wish. The pickleball court and fitness center (you will need to pay extra for these) are also very close." "

"We stayed here for 3 months (1 May 2021 - 1Aug 2021) while our new home remains under construction. This unit is a little piece of heaven that is VERY COMFORTABLE and RELAXING. There is a pool literally across the parking lot (maybe 100 yards away) and gorgeous marina that provides the perfect backdrop for evening strolls. Even though we were there in summer, there were very few instances that we didn't see manatees swimming in the marina waters. Usually they are only prevalent during the winter months. There is plenty of room in the unit and it is very well maintained. The owners are VERY EASY to work with and responsive although there really were no issues that needed to be resolved as everything was in working order. We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this unit. THANKS for letting us enjoy your condo!!"

"Great Unit This unit has it all. Great location if you are a walker, go to the Point and see the dolphins and manatees. Cass Cay for a quick salad or a full supper. Very nice neighbors in the condo building. Appliances all work, furniture is comfortable. You will never want for ice cubes."
