About the owner: Business owners in Cincinnati OH. We bought our Loggerhead Cay condo after friends in Cape Coral told us about Sanibel Island. We visited many times, and knew that we wanted to have a place of our own. It is truly special to us.

General Policies
Payments: A $300.00 (Returnable) Reservation and Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The $300 Deposit will be returned after your rental.
Full Rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment Options: Personal Check (preferred) or Credit Cards.
No additional booking or cleaning fees.
No smoking. No pets. 4 - 5 person limit.

One week MinimumGreat for a couple, or fits four persons, with one King bed in the Master bedroom, and one Queen bed, plus one twin bed in the Guest bedroom.

Add 11.5% Sales Tax; $300 Returnable Security Deposit.
5% off for 4 or more consecutive weeks.
Our island home will be ready for your 4:00 pm arrival. It is completely furnished with linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and beach chairs. Also, in unit WIFI or direct modem connection. We have a designated parking space, #441, very close by.
Cancellation Policy
Payments: A $300.00 Reservation and Security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The Deposit will be returned after your rental. Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel 90 days or more prior to your arrival date. No deposit will be refunded for cancellation after that time, unless we can fill your reserved days. Full Rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment Options: Personal Check (preferred for long term rentals) or Credit Cards. Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the Rent(minus a $100 cancellation fee) will be made for any cancellations made in writing with at least 60 days notice. Thanksgiving Stay
"My husband and I rented this condo for Thanksgiving week. It was very clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed...and we ended up temporarily loaning some kitchen items to family who rented another Loggerhead Cay condo that wasn’t as fully furnished. Beds, pillows and sheets were great quality and comfortable and the towels, wash clothes and beach towels were high quality. We loved how all of the extra linens and bath items were easy to locate above the washer and dryer. The beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets and shovels were fun to use on the beach. We enjoyed watching their DVDs, playing the games and reading the books that were available. On top of being a great condo, the pool is wonderful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and this unit is close to the pool but far enough away that you don’t hear the pool noise. Loggerhead Cay is a great location—close to all of our favorite Sanibel restaurants and shops. Roger was great to work with, quickly responded and the deposit was refunded quickly. We hope to rent this unit again next Thanksgiving."
