This space is fully screened and includes a well-maintained private pool with water features, a pool heater for cooler winter weather, beautiful patio furniture, and a gas grill.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a beautiful eat-in dining area with a glass and iron table with 4 chairs. This area has a wonderful view of the lanai and pool area through the aquarium window. The kitchen also features white cabinetry with a quartz countertop and breakfast bar.

The kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances including a fridge with ice/water dispenser, self-cleaning range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a second fridge in the garage should you require it. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee maker (individual pods and 12-cup carafe), toaster, blender, hand blender, popcorn maker, and crockpot

The kitchen also includes everything you need for day-to-day living or casual entertaining such as stoneware dinnerware, glassware including wine glasses, cutlery, cookware, and bakeware. A wide range of cooking utensils is also included.

GREAT ROOM

The great room features a cathedral ceiling accentuated with a floor-to-ceiling stone TV and fireplace wall. The wall has a 65-inch television and an electric fireplace that is Bluetooth-enabled. The room is furnished with beautiful furniture including a sofa, chair, coffee, and end tables with table lamps. A beautiful feature of this room is multiple sliding glass doors that fully open to the lanai and pool area.

DEN

The den is furnished with a solid wood desk and credenza for your computer, a loveseat, and a TV. Wireless high-speed internet is included.

FORMAL DINING ROOM

The dining room has a beautiful glass and iron table with 6 chairs but could comfortably seat 8 for entertaining purposes.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is large with a tray ceiling. It is furnished with solid wood mission furniture including a queen-sized bed, chest, and dresser. Night tables with table lamps flank both sides of the bed. There is a walkout to the lanai from this room. A flat-screen TV is attached to the wall in this room.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized 4-poster carved wood bed and a chest of drawers. The room is equipped with a floor and table lamp for easy reading. There is a walkout to the lanai from this room. A flat-screen TV is attached to the wall in this room.

The third bedroom is equipped with a beautiful Ashley twin-size bed and includes a dresser and night table. This room also includes a pull-out cot.

All bed linens are included for each bedroom including sheet sets and blankets.

BATHROOMS

The master bath boasts a walk-in tile and glass shower with a rain shower head and handheld shower head. Grey double vanity with quartz countertops complete the room.

The guest bath includes a tub and shower combination and a solid surface countertop.

All bathroom linens are included for each bathroom including several sets of towels and beach towels.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room contains a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The home is equipped with a landline telephone with unlimited long-distance calls within the USA and Canada, high-speed internet and wireless access, DISH network satellite, and local stations via antenna.
