Best sunset view right on the water
"Rob was great to communicate with. Property was very clean, the sliding glass door was so spotless I thought it was open! The beach equipment was nice, as was the lanai furniture. Overall everything just felt nicely updated. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds comfortable, bathrooms were really really nice.
We have visited Marco many times and always stay right on the beach. I think the location of the unit is wonderful, so easy to get to the pool or beach from the first floor unit without waiting for an elevator and being right on the ocean you have a beautiful view of the sunset. The area of the beach is also quieter than down by all the bigger resorts. The pool area is nice and has a good number of chairs without feeling crowded.
The only negative to our stay was the noise from the hallway in the back bedroom. From the bigger bedroom we couldn't hear anything but the smaller bedroom in the back it did get loud a few nights. This was due to other guests, not anything wrong with the unit, and so I think it would depend on who else was staying in the building or the time of year you went. We would still stay here again but probably just bring headphones or earplugs to pop in if it was a problem. We had an infant (3months) and she never woke up from the noise while staying in the bigger bedroom, so it was just isolated to the smaller room. I communicated this with Rob and he was very receptive and noted some changes the building was making to make things quieter in the future. I also think this is just a trade off for the convenience of easy access to beach and pool- literally just walking out the hallway to the ocean. We would stay here again. It is very well run and clean."

"This Condo is great! It is exactly as described! We stayed with our two little kids, so this review is more family targeted! The first floor is great because you can easily go in and out of the building without the elevator wait, which also makes bringing groceries and luggage a breeze!
The "kid's" room does not need room darkening shades, which I was worried about, but the shades keep the room nice and dark!
The bathrooms are excellent! Having the ability to do laundry in the condo is huge plus. We will stay here again, communication with the owner is easy and responses came quickly!"

Great Stay
"Condo is nicely updated, was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay . We have stayed at Seaview many times and this is by far one of the nicest units. We really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor and the lovely unobstructed view from the lanai! Rob was quick to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!"

Great place to stay!
"My family and I love Florida's Gulf Coast and have spent many vacations up and down the coast. This was our first trip to Marco and we had a great time! We do not prefer massive high rise rentals or hotels, so after searching through many rentals, I am very happy to have chosen Seawinds 105! Yes, it's a large complex, but quaint compared to most on Marco's gulf front, and 105 is on the first floor, so no elevator needed! It's located away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still walk or bike to shops/restaurants. Condo is just as pictured and the quiet balcony view was wonderful! There are a few quirks with operating the laundry and about the smoke alarm, but it is all laid out for you. Also, Rob has the details covered, in the lease agreement, so all is good before you go. There is a closet with everything you need for the beach(chairs, cooler, etc) and the pool area and restrooms were clean. The only negative I have, is that we couldn't stay longer!"
Awesome condo with all the amenities and a beautiful ocean view
"My husband and I along with our 2 kids stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks in July and part of August. We had the best time which was made possible by not only being steps away from the beach, but by the owners who had every amenity possible stored in the condo. Some of these items are a canopy for the beach which provided my husband and the rest of us complete shade when we wanted it. Also had a beach cart, a large umbrella, ice chest, beach toys, boogie boards, floats, beach games and all the beach towels that you could possibly use. The condo itself was well appointed with every amenity such as a new washer and dryer, blender, toaster, all the pots and pans needed to to cook or bake anything I wanted. They had a Keurig coffee maker (owners even supplied various Keurig pods), and most condiments that you need for cooking. The bathrooms have just been renovated and they are beautiful. Also, the king sized bed had a mattress where we slept like babies every night after a long day at the beach. The owners also just installed a ceiling fan on the balcony. The balcony also had a table and 4 chairs so that we could eat dinner and watch the beautiful sun set. The living room and both bedrooms had large flatscreen TVs and each room had a floor fan which were not really needed since the AC kept us comfortably cool. The owners were very responsive (by text or FB message), for any questions or problems that we had. For example, while we were there, the canopy for the beach broke. The owners promptly bought another one and had it shipped to the condo within 2 days. There is plenty to do on the island and many different restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful condo right on the gulf!
"We had a fabulous week at Seawinds 105! It was nice not having to ever wait on an elevator. The elevated first floor made it feel like you were on the actual beach/sand. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the beautiful view and amazing sunsets every evening. We enjoyed having the convenience of a Keurig. There are plenty of extra bath towels, beach towels, dishes, beach toys, umbrellas, nice beach chairs and even a large canopy. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are beautiful! The Seawinds building itself is very secure and you must have a key to enter the building and get to and from the beach/pool. We also got to enjoy 4th of July fireworks right from the balcony which was nice with little ones. Best of all was having the pleasure to work with Rob. He was so kind and quick to respond to any questions. They clearly care about their renters and want them to have a comfortable stay at their condo. We had a wonderful week in Marco and at this condo!"

"The condo had all the comforts of home and more! It was a perfect unobstructed view to the beach. Very comfortable and clean condo. Rob, the owner, was great to deal with and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The bathrooms were particularly nice with full remodels. "GREAT condo - I highly recommend this unit to anyone! The location is perfect - only steps from the beach. And, being a 1st floor unit, we did not have to deal with elevators. Just park and walk in!
The condo exceeded our expectations - the grounds and pool area were immaculate. The condo itself was in great condition. There was nothing we needed - there was plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and every kitchen gadget you could want. The new washer/dryer was an added bonus!
The owner was responsive and left very detailed instructions on how to check in and out. We had no issues during our week stay.
The condo was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We are hoping we can come again next year!!! "

"We stayed in this condo for four weeks last winter and came back for four more weeks in February and March. We had a wonderful time. I just love the location of this condo. It is on the first floor but is well above ground level, so that it is very private. One of my favorite activities is walking on the beach in the morning.
The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owners are great to work with.
There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to the Marco Island Theater, having dinner there and seeing some great first run movies.

The owner was great to work with. The condo itself was awesome. Amazing first floor views of the golf. Perfect balcony setting with high top table & chairs (no obstructed views from the railing). And daily dolphin visits !
The condo was stocked to make our week perfect. Comfy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and carrying cart enhanced our beach time exponentially. Updated washer, dryer, kitchen appliances and great king sized bed. Cupboards had everything we needed to make an easy transition into our week. Just needed to add a few groceries.
Great location, wonderful bars/restaurants, friendly people. Truly paradise !"

This place was clean and sweet, with comfortable beds, lovely showers and an excellent kitchen. The supplied beach chairs were top-notch! We loved the hot tub in the pool area. "Brrr! We’re back home in Connecticut and the chill factor at wakeup this morning was 7 degrees. Wish we still were at Marco (we've already booked return number 3 for mid-winter 2020}. One of the high points of SeaWinds 105 is the width of the balcony, accessed by two slider doors. One can sit on the living room couch watching the Evening News; then swivel to the right during commercials and observe the sunset worshipers gathering on the beach below. A lazy morning wakeup on in the adjacent bedroom can be enhanced by sprawling across the kingsize mattress and observing a vehicle rolling along as it manicures the beach in advance of arrival of the walkers, the joggers or the vegitators.
The deep strip of beach behind each of the splendid Gulf-front high rises is never crowded since access is gated. The condo layout is compact and convenient. It's a straight shot from the entry door past a closet that houses beach stuff (rolling cart, chairs, etc.). Then through the well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area. A nook behind the kitchen contains brand new matched washer and dryer. The kitchen houses a roomy fridge, dishwasher, microwave and four-burner stove w/oven. The living area contains a three-seater couch, facing one of three cable-equipped TV sets. The glass slider that leads to the balcony serves as the far wall. The two bedrooms are behind closed doors along side of the main living area. Each immaculate bathroom contains a brand new glass enclosed shower. We found loads of non-perishable kitchen and bathroom supplies on hand.
The day may come that our hosts chose to treat themselves to long vacations in their condo. But for now we tenants are safe since Rob and Dana have jobs and teenagers at home. They continue to make subtle improvements to the premises (The floor that stretches from entry to balcony is covered with attractive new maintenance-free tile). They are readily responsive. It is a pleasure to interact with them.

Rundown building and unit
"Building turns out to be old and outdated. A dumpy property in a beautiful location. Besides bathrooms in the unit it needs to be gutted. Poor lighting and feels drab and dark. Walls, doors and baseboard are dirty. Sliding doors are old and need updating. No screen on main patio door. Patio furniture besides high top are rusted and chaise lounge has a big rip in it. Dining chairs are filthy. Very small microwave and you are warned to not cook because if you set alarm off you are fined . No ventilation system. Amenities for building need updating. Pool area is not clean. We didn’t use it once. Disappointed ."

"Our family had a wonderful time in this condo. The patio and the view from it is spectacular! We watched the sunset each night and joined in with the spectators on the beach in clapping at the beauty! Condo is wonderfully located and easy as it’s a first floor access. Bathrooms are newly updated. Bedrooms are family friendly and our daughter slept on the sofa bed and stated it was comfortable. Towels and beach equipment were provided! Wonderful place to stay with a family! "

A truly wonderful vacation spot. This two bedroom first floor condominium is Clean, Comfortable and extremely well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, the showers are very nice with good water pressure. The building itself is clean and the grounds are well kept. There is a nice pool, a hot tub(actually very nice after a day in the sun), and a private entrance to the beach(very nice), the beach is beautiful and great for long walks. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area and within a very short walk, in the sand, the Sunset Grill is a good place for a sunset beverage. All of the aforementioned are very nice but the star attraction of 105 is the Lanai, you cannot find a better view, AMAZING, with my morning coffee I sat and watched dolphins play in the surf and in the evenings watching the sun go down is, as i said, amazing. I highly recommend this condominium for your consideration.

"Everything you need for your vacation! The condo has updated Master bedroom and bathroom. Guest room also has an updated bathroom. Awesome showers! Everything you need for your vacation week is included in the condo including beach chairs and towels. Plenty of everything and the owner is extremely attentive and responds to questions immediately. Great sunset from the beach or Condo Patio! Kitchen has everything you might need including a Keurig. Brought own K-cups so no need to drive to Starbucks! Close to many good restaurants and shops."

"This was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Rob goes above and beyond by being very easy and accessible throughout the entire rental process. They even included an in-depth where to eat and what to do while on the island, and then checked in with us mid-week to see how our vacation was going. The condo itself is nicely and comfortably decorated, with recent and modern upgrades. Even the location of the condo itself within the building is fantastic, and the views from the lanai are absolutely phenomenal. If this property is available, there is no need to continue your search - just make certain to secure this space before its gone. You will 100% thank yourself later that you did. We will be back... Heavenly stay!!!
"I am not sure where to start but cannot talk highly enough of the customer service from Rob, the owner! He has been so attentive, flexible and accommodating since I first reached out about the rental. I am so impressed with his communication and all he did to make our stay perfect!
Now the condo itself is also very impressive!!! Our mouths dropped when we walked in and saw the view of the ocean!! We also thought the patio door was open since it was that clean! The whole condo was spotless and very nicely decorated. The lanai was my favorite spot from drinking our morning coffee out there, watching the sunsets and late night drinks! The bathrooms are very modern and the double shower head a bonus in the master bath. I also have to mention that the beds are very comfortable. It was also very convenient to be on the first floor if wanting to make trips back to the condo from the beach or pool. The condo is also stocked very well with supplies for the the beach... we loved the stroller and tommy bahama chairs!! We only cooked one night since the condo is so close to many great restaurants but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed!
I will be back again and will be recommending this condo to others! Do not hesitate to book! "
Paradise on Earth
"We have stayed at this condo in December of 2018. The renting process was easy and the owner was accessible with any questions. We loved that the condo is on the 1st floor, so we didn't have to spend our vacation on waiting for an elevator :-). The condo was well equipped for all our needs. We could enjoy all the beautiful Marco sunsets even from the balcony. The property is well maintained to guarantee that you will return recharged after your stay. We plan to return in the future..."

"Proximity to the beach is a short walk. You will find peace and relaxation in a matter of minutes. Owner is a pleasure to correspond with. Your stay here will be drama free. 5 Stars.
Only thing to consider is there are no outside grills for cooking meats/etc.. Cooking in the condo is for simple meals. No fancy open flame cooking or smoke producing foods...ie bacon is not recommended.. smoke alarms are very sensitive because of building regulations. Set off an alarm and fines are imposed. I believe this to be a prudent precaution. Safety first. There are plenty of restaurants close by to eat out and relax as well. The owner will provide you with a list of favorites.

"Convenience, views, good value. This condo has it all. We really enjoyed our week’s stay right on the Gulf. Amazing views from the balcony, a clean, well-maintained living area, and the perfect location. Situated on the first floor, this condo made our lives so easy - easy access with luggage and groceries, easy access to pool, hot tub and beach, and no waiting for elevators. Plus we were just a short walk away from shops, restaurants and other amenities. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable beachside location.

"Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Sea Winds unit #105. Rob (the owner) was so organized and prompt with instructions, key delivery and numerous recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. We especially enjoyed dinner at Island Gypsy, with outdoor seating and live music. The condo is beautiful, completely updated with brand new washer/dryer, large refrigerator and comfy beds. Best part was we were literally steps from the beach! Easy to run back and forth for snacks, etc. Worst part, we had to come home. We will definitely stay in this condo again!!"
