The master bedroon suite is furnished with a high end California king sleigh bed and matching dresser set, cable TV, and your own spa that has double sinks, a walk in shower, and a 2 person combination 45 jet heated Whirlpool/Jacuzzi and a large walk in closet. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the house, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds allow for a total of 6 overnight guests.

All of the floors are old world tile and stone and both bathrooms have custom ceramic tile on the floors and half walls, all with a very sunny and cheerful Caribbean ambiance.

There is a kitchen nook, office/library space, brand new large capacity washer/dryer and a large sectional in the great room that seats 6 or allows 2 tired people to each completely stretch out and relax.

One of the best amenities is our state of the art whole house reverse osmosis water purification system. Without going into all the details, this water purification system takes our well water and purifies it to the purity of bottled water! Not only just for drinking, but you bathe in it and wash your clothes in it too. Just take the mornings coffee pot and fill it up from the kitchen sink! No need to ever buy any bottled water. Some rentals in South Venice have water that smells so bad of sulfur that you can not even take a shower in it.

Our new Rheem A/C unit conditions all of the cooled air with ozone which hospitals use to kill any airborne contaminates.

Finally, our private heated pool/Jacuzzi is a salt water pool that is maintained weekly by the company who built it and and the water quality is constantly kept at the purest levels. Our brand new Luxury Mediterranean Style home sits on a tropical landscaped large double lot in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with no thru traffic. On the very western edge of South Venice bordering Shamrock Nature Park and the Venetian Waterway Park & Bike Trail, our backyard faces due west 1000 yards from Casperson Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

This western exposure provides you sanctuary and seclusion and allows you to enjoy our large Lanai and salt water pool in complete privacy. Whether it's coffee in the morning, sunshine in the afternoon, or Florida's creamsicle sunsets, our 1350 sq/ft lanai/pool cage is one of Villa Ocala's greatest assets.

Just this year June 2019, Venice was voted as the "2nd Best City in Florida to Line in". Venice has 9 golf courses, 10 public tennis courts, and over 130 Artisan and Specialty shops, fine restaurants, nightclubs, and incredible beaches for your adventures. Only 50 yards out the back yard puts you onto the Venetian Waterway Bike Trail that goes to downtown Venice and all the way to Sarasota! A bikers dream. Bike north to the Circus Bridge, up and over and back down the other side and it takes you right into Caspersen Beach State Park and the black sands of the "Shark Tooth Capital of the WORLD"!
