Welcome to Sea La Vie Beach House, a luxurious canal-front vacation home on Anna Maria Island, meticulously designed for comfort, style, and fun. Built in 2018, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property is perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking a memorable island retreat. From its stunning interior design to its outdoor oasis, every detail of this home has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Step into the open and airy living space featuring vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect gathering spot. The expansive kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances, a gas stove, double oven, wine cooler, and quartz countertops. The oversized kitchen island, with seating for four, and the dining table, with space for eight, make it easy to enjoy meals together. Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.

Occupancy Limits:

The standard occupancy is two persons per standard bedroom. For additional occupants beyond this limit, a fee of $25 per person, per night, will be charged, up to the maximum allowable occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. As this property is located in a residential area, we ask that you respect our neighbors by maintaining a reasonable noise level both during the day and at night. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood and is not permitted.

Reservation Policies:

Reservations are typically for 7-night stays, Saturday to Saturday. However, we offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins and check-outs during most of the year, except for holidays and peak weeks. Please inquire before booking to confirm availability, as changes cannot always be accommodated after booking.

Cleaning and Safety:

All homes, including linens and towels, are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between guest stays according to industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding is provided upon check-in, based on home occupancy. Daily housekeeping and linen services are not included but are available upon request for an additional fee. For stays of 28 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required and must be scheduled and paid for by the guest.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program, ensuring high-quality linens and towels are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest's stay. Please note that extra sets are not stored in the home.

Golf Cart Rentals:

Explore the island with ease! After booking, reserve a golf cart through our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, and enjoy an exclusive discount available only to our vacation rental guests.

Baby Equipment Rentals:

Baby equipment is not provided at the home for safety and sanitation purposes. However, we partner with local companies that offer rental services for baby items, including convenient pick-up and drop-off options. Details will be provided at the time of booking, or you may inquire directly for more information.

Pool and Spa (if any):

The pool is heated year-round at no extra charge for guest convenience, with temperatures maintained between 82-85°F to ensure proper chemical balance and cleanliness. Pool heaters and filters do not operate during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) per local noise ordinances. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures, especially with a 20°F or greater difference between air and water temperatures, may impact the pool heater’s effectiveness.

The spa, when available, is a section of the pool that can provide relaxation, bubbles, and water temperatures in the high 90s to low 100s. However, it is not designed to function as a commercial hot tub and is not permitted to operate 24/7. Spas may be unavailable during summer months (June–September) to prevent overheating of the pool water, which could compromise chemical balances. Guests are prohibited from adjusting pool equipment; failure to comply may result in fines or liability for damages.

Guests are required to read and follow all posted rules, safety information, and operating instructions.

Property Security and Safety:

This home may be equipped with exterior cameras, such as Ring or Nest, positioned to monitor the front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exit areas of the backyard. These cameras are installed solely to enhance property security, monitor deliveries, and ensure occupancy limits are met. Cameras are not angled toward areas where privacy is expected or assumed.

PAYMENTS:

- 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.

- 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date.

- Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

Important Cancellation Policy Information:

The Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, changes in work or school schedules, or similar issues. Additionally, conditions such as weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental factors (e.g., red tide), construction, water quality, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Submitting a Cancellation Request:

- All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Registered Guest who booked the reservation.

These policies are in place to ensure clear communication and a smooth process for all guests.

Travel Insurance:

- We continue to offer our U.S. Citizen guests (with the exception of residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly through us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their vacation investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

- Please note that refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19-related cancellations, weather, or beach conditions that fall outside of our stated cancellation policy. Additionally, please be aware that hurricane season spans June 1st through November 30th, and Travel Insurance can help safeguard your plans during this period.

In the event the reservation dates fall within a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the reserved home, the unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or an inability for vacation rentals to operate due to an executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of the base rental rate, applicable fees (excluding the booking administration fee), and all applicable taxes without penalty.

"This home is beautiful with comfortable, clean, updated furnishings. Beds are extremely comfortable! Tons of hangout space to enjoy, whether it's beautiful weather or rainy and cold. We had a rainy, cold girls' weekend and were grateful for the luxurious hot tub, fire table and outdoor tv - all under cover, as well as the big family room sectional. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the north side with easy walking/biking access to several restaurants and shops. I hope to come back with my family one day."

Best family trip we've EVER had!

"As so many have mentioned before me, the photos simply do not do this home justice. Clearly, no expense was spared in making this a gorgeous & high-end stay that was perfect for a family of 4 adult couples, like us. We absolutely loved the layout with four en suite bedrooms which is quite rare. And THE POOL! Wow. We spent almost every day in the backyard, in the pool and hot tub, and on our dock. We had a kayak delivered for our stay from Beach Bums and we spent many early mornings kayaking Bimini Bay--spotting dolphins, manatees, and plenty of seabirds-- accessible right from the backyard. Loved being so close to the bay and just a 5 minute walk to the fishing pier, 20 minute walk to Bean Point where we enjoyed sunset from the beach. And, of course, the gulf beach was just a straight shot up Magnolia Ave. with the beach wagon and great beach supplies (plenty of umbrellas and chairs) provided. Bravo Nikki and Mike for creating such a beautiful space that we will 100% be visiting again someday."

"We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We always rent houses with a private pool and hot tub and have almost come to expect some issue with heating. "We stayed here over our kids' winter break from school with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. It was PERFECT! The house is stunning. Clean, bright, open concept. The pool area was amazing and we used it every day. By night the kids enjoyed the hot tub and the adults sat by the firepit. Truly Florida living. The 4 bedroom/4 bathroom set up was just what we needed. No one ever needed to wait to get ready in the morning. We loved the location of the house on the island. It's quiet location on a canal is just what we were looking for. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were at our disposal to use. We had a fantastic week here and would definitely consider coming back."

"Loved this property! Three couples getting away for a week in February and this house worked perfectly for us. The common area upstairs is great for even a much larger group. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs deck or in the pool/hot tub. The ability to pump music to all areas is a nice feature. The house is also well located. It is just a 10-15 minute walk to many eateries and shops. Or, a 10-15 minute drive if you are looking for a little more action. Would highly recommend for groups or large families. Mike B "

"The house is even more beautiful than the photos suggest and is thoughtfully equipped for a luxurious Anna Maria Island holiday. The location is wonderful, right on the canal and very close to the beach. We hired kayaks and bikes from Beach Bums and it was easy to launch kayaks from the dock. "This property is outstanding! The owner has thought of it all....from hair dryers to games to play on your down time! The kitchen was made for meals for the entire family! Plenty of room to spread out but cozy enough for time together! The spa and part of the pool was in the shade for our "fair family" and the pool made for a great time for the sun lovers. Good fishing dock and was super for our kayaks. We could not have asked for a better place for our annual family vacation. Fantastic communications with the management and owners! "Our family of five, including three children ages 10, 4 & 4, were true impressed by this property. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The pool and spa are certainly a highlight and make this place truly amazing. Everything you could want, from the fully stocked kitchen to pool and beach equipment (including a very useful wagon) is provided. Check-in/out is a breeze, thanks to the owner's and property manager's accessibility and willingness to answer questions throughout the rental process. The house is located on the quiet side of the Island which is great for unplugging, and is an easy walk to Pine street for food and shopping. A trip to Manatee Beach, where we spent a few hours each day, is only a short drive away and has food, drink and restrooms which we found very convenient. Driving to other beaches like Bradenton Beach and Longboat Key is also very easy and recommended for seeing other parts of the island. AMI is a wonderful place to get away from it all and this house in particular made the vacation truly special. We plan to return to AMI and stay at Sea La Vie!"

"We absolutely loved our family vacation in this beautiful home. It was exactly like the pictures and the checking in and out process was so easy. We really felt at home the property owners were quick to respond if we needed anything at all. We had all teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and games that were downstairs the ping-pong table was a big hit. My son spent a lot of time fishing off the back deck he caught several fish. "This home is spectacular! It is immaculate and decorated beautifully. There is an elevator so no need to drag the luggage up the stairs. Everything is well maintained and the kitchen has plenty of kitchenware for making meals. The pool is super clean and it is great to have the option of sun or being in the shade. If you like to sleep late consider bringing a sleep mask as the house is very light and bright. The bedding is luxurious and so comfortable. We loved every minute of our vacation and really hope to return to this beautiful home."
