Our luxury 4 bedroom home is located within the top rated community of Lake Berkley. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully Air-conditioned throughout keeping the villa cool in the warm Florida weather. The tastefully furnished lounge has two large comfortable sofas and is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV and Blu Ray player. Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout. "We love staying in the Lake Berkley Resort and this villa did not disappoint. It was perfectly clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The pool was clean, no cloudiness at all. Great home away from home
"This villa was extremely nice and fit our needs perfectly. The ranch style with all the bedrooms on the ground level was greatly appreciated. The outside pool patio was very relaxing and we used it for many hours. It had plenty of comfortable seating. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately too cold to swim. However, the community pool was comfortably heated with adequate seating with full sun or shade depending on our preference. We would have liked to heat the private pool at the villa, but the daily fee just seemed to high. All in all, nicest place we have experienced in the past three years we have spent in the Kissimmee area. The entire community was very clean, quiet and close to lots of entertainment and food options. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your villa with us."

"We are just back from a 2 week stay and had a fantastic time. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool. The fact that it is a gated community gives you the element of safety. It is so convenient for Disney/universal and lots of different restaurants. Would love to return"
