Loggerhead is perfectly situated in the middle of Anna Maria Island. The beach is only 2 blocks away! There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance and the free island trolley will pick you up directly across the street. General Policies
Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit.

"I can't say enough good things about Stephen's home and the amenities he provides as a host. Any item you could possibly need for the pool, beach or entertainment was provided. We rarely left the pool and had a much needed week of relaxation. Stephen was kind enough to allow us to change our stay from the previous year for a medical emergency and it was worth the wait!"
Amazing stay!
"Not much to add to all of the positive comments here except to say that they are true. Stephen was very responsive and available. We had a great time, the pool area is very private and like an oasis as many have mentioned. We only had to buy food since everything else you need is there. Having the cart is a huge plus on the island. The pool was a little bigger than it seemed in the pictures to us. It was just 2 of us and was perfect, but would be great for kids too."
Beautiful oasis backyard
"Stephen is an incredible host. Great with communication, willing to make his rental everything you could want and need for a wonderful trip away from home. You can tell he really takes pride in his rental! Our two little guys both unfortunately got quite ill the day we arrived, so we spent much more time at the rental than we intended. I can’t think of a better place to get stuck at! The pool is perfect, with the greenery making it a true oasis! The home has everything you could need for kids, pack n play, high chair, pool and beach toys, towels, bathtub, assortment of toys, kids dishes. This helped so much with packing! The golf cart, while we didn’t plan on using, became our 1.5 year olds favorite activity during our time there, and we spent a lot of time exploring the island on! I can’t imagine the trip without the golf cart now! Even with the beach only being a five minute walk. Stephen, thank you for a wonderful week. We highly recommend your rental, and cannot wait to stay again!"
Beyond our expectations
"Beyond what we ever could have imagined! Our 4 children and ourselves had a complete blast! EVERY thing you could even imagine needing for your stay is at Loggerhead - this made traveling so much easier! It was so apparent that Stephen put so much thought into ensuring his guests had everything they needed to have a great time. Pack light! The beach was SO close (of course the kids “had” to take the golf cart despite us being within walking distance lol). We spent time swimming in the pool - pictures don’t even do it justice as the backyard was a private oasis in itself. We fished with the kids almost daily, spent hours at the beach, explored the island (dreaming of owning a home in the area ourselves lol) and truly made great memories with our children. Stephen was a pleasure to work with and stayed in communication with us during our entire stay ensuring we had everything we needed. We will for sure be back!"
Unforgettable AMI Vacation
"I can't even begin to explain how great this house is. It's themed magnificently with beach style furniture & decor. There are Thoughtful touches everywhere - from the USB plugs beside each bed to the bottle opener beside the pool loungers. The tiki bar by the pool is a fun touch. The pool itself is the perfect mix of shade and sun. The lush foliage around the pool make it feel like you're own little piece of paradise. Despite there being neighbours close by you can't see or hear any other houses from the pool area - we felt like it was completely private. There are cycles, pool toys, beach chairs, basically everything you will need! The beaches are amazingly beautiful and the closest one is 5 minutes walk from the house. There is also a free shuttle bus service that you can tour the island on. The closest stop is 2 minutes walk from the house. Stephen is an amazing host. I sent him a few questions in our first few days (Things that we probably should have been able to work out ourselves!) and he got straight back to us with detailed and helpful solutions. We have had an amazing 10 days on AMI, the place is just beautiful. We will be back to visit Anna Maria and we will be staying at Loggerhead! Thanks again Stephen!"
