A Pier Getaway is our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in Mexico Beach, Florida, affectionately known as "Mayberry on the beach". On the coveted 'beachside' of highway 98, we are steps away from the sand and also have an amazing pool! Beachside with a pool, what more could you ask for? Our home has a unique split-level style. Our home has a unique split-level style. Entering from the carport, and a few steps up, you will immediately be welcomed with an open floor plan in the main living area that features all-new furnishings, appliances, including a gas range, dining area, living area, island seating, and lots of natural light from the large windows to enjoy.

Our pier theme and love for all things beach invite you to settle in for a great stay! A half level up is a bedroom with a full-size bed and bunks, perfect for children, but plenty of room for couples as well. There is also a bathroom on this level. The top-level is the master suite with a soaker tub that is screaming for you to come to relax!

You will find a very spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, double vanities, and a separate shower and bath that are just a few of the things to love about your new home away from home! Each bedroom has private sun decks. The main living area also has a rear deck with a gas grill and seating to overlook the community pool and common area. No worries, our complex is small and there is plenty of space for all to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool when taking a break from the waves.

Conveniently located directly across from the Mexico Beach Marina, you can stock up on fishing tackle, gear, drinks, and even groceries and never really leave home - everything you need is right here!

We hope that you find everything you could want to enjoy your stay in Mexico Beach as we rebuild this community to be better than ever. There are some amenities throughout the town that are still slowly coming back online but there are places to eat, shop and of course, the sun and sand could never be better. You will see homes and businesses determined to get back to normal with much progress being made daily. We are happy to help you navigate anything in the area you need to find.

General Policies

House Rules

We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following: 1) We will care for linens and towels and ensure they are not taken out of the vacation rental, such as to the beach or the pool. They are for indoor use only. 2) We will leave the vacation rental clean in the condition as outlined in the cleaning policy above when vacating, or an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit or debited on our credit card. 3) We will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the property caused by our negligence or accidental occurrences. 4) An inspection of the home is completed prior to our arrival by the manager but we will notify the owners of any damage found upon arrival. 5) We will hold...

3) We will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the property caused by our negligence or accidental occurrences.

4) An inspection of the home is completed prior to our arrival by the manager but we will notify the owners of any damage found upon arrival.

5) We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below.

6) We will forfeit any portion of the security/damage/cleaning deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items.

7) We will forfeit the balances paid if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival and in accordance with other timelines listed above prior to 30 days.

8) There are no refunds for early departure.

9) There are no refunds for weather conditions.

10) We will forfeit a security deposit if doors and windows are not locked upon check-out.

11) We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out. The owner will attempt to return any items to us at our request and expense if they are found after our departure.

12) Lost keys will incur replacement costs.

13) This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental.

14) NO PETS allowed. ANY violation of this policy, we will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

15) Maximum occupancy is six. Any exception to this should be approved by the owner prior to signing the rental agreement and should be in writing. ANY violation of this policy, we will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

16) For your safety and security and the security of the home, we understand this property is professionally monitored with a security system.

17) Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. A late check-out or early check-in is subject to extra rental charges depending on the request and availability.

18) The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Valid ID must be presented at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy:

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

In order to hold your reservation, we must receive the deposit and signed rental contract along with valid government-issued identification, within 24 hours. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

100% of prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled less than 30 days before arrival.
