The Dora Ann Guest House was a single room retreat built pre WWI on the Chautauqua Cove in Mount Dora, it overlooks Lake Dora near the old wood rail trestle, just south of the site of the historic Chautauqua Hotel, now a city park.
This sweet home was expanded over the years, then totally renovated to reflect the earlier Florida flavor, while providing all of the modern conveniences. The original rare black cypress floors in the main room were restored to their original beauty.
You are half a mile from the heat of Mount Dora. You can stroll the expansive yard to your private dock with a view of Downtown to the east and fabulous sunsets to the west. Wildlife abounds along the shore.
