We would love to host you at "Our Happy Place on Anna Maria Island!"
Our condo is newly updated and has a very beachy vibe and is 40 steps to the beach!
* Master bedroom has a new King bed and newly updated Master Bath. Second bedroom has 2 new twin beds with a hallway full bath, and there's a sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
* Condo is bright and airy with a large balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Our unit is very quiet and private.
* Condo development has a shared pool, hot tub and tennis courts
* Our storage includes beach chairs, toys, canopy and umbrella
* Washer, dryer and dishwasher, also an on site condo manager...no pets SORRY!! Couple things to make life easier for you on AMI -

About Owner
After spending their lives enduring cold NY winters, they truly loved the west coast of Florida and enjoyed many years down there.
While they have since passed, they shared their love of AMI with me at an early age!
My wife and I are both school teachers and have enjoyed many family vacations on AMI with our 2 sons.
When my mom passed away 3 years ago, we decided to take the plunge and purchase our condo in Holmes Beach. We enjoy renting it out and consider our tenants to be friends of ours!

General Policies
No pets, sorry! No rental groups over 6 peopleDeposit:$500, refundable after manager and cleaning crew goes in. $400-$500 per night, plus $150 cleaning and $150 managers fee ... that's it!
We require 1/2 the total fee paid 1 month before your stay, and the balance due 1 week before your stay.

"This was our 3rd trip to AMI and we stayed for 2 weeks. First of all, the condo owner Joe is a great guy, very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location and right across the street from the beach and pool. The covered parking was a plus for sure. The condo has everything you need including beach towels and beach supplies. I would stay here again and will never book with a large rental agency again!!!"

Great getaway!
"We love AMI and come down frequently for family vacations and weekend getaways. We’ve stayed at many different condos, houses and resorts on the island and this one we will come back to! It was SPOTLESS upon arrival. All kitchen supplies and linens were in excellent condition. Everything was in working order. There is a storage locker on the ground floor so you don’t need to drag all the beach stuff up and down the stairs, which also results in less sand in the condo! It’s a quick walk to the beach and pool (2 min max!). The building is quiet and well maintained. Location is perfect! We could walk to bars, restaurants and cute shops. What we couldn’t walk to we called The Monkey Bus! Ideal place to stay and the price can’t be beat! We will be back!"
Sun, Sand and Fun!
"This was our first visit to AMI and we really loved it! Lots to do both on (and just) off the island. Gulf water is hard to beat, and so is this condo.... It's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, and it only takes that long because you have to go through 2 gates. Your hosts supply everything you need for the beach - chairs, swimming floats, etc - and the condo itself is in great condition. Very large with a big balcony and tons of room to spread out. Laundry facilities in the condo are also greatly appreciated. Covered parking and a couple minute drive to all of the restaurants make it ideally located. There are several within walking distance as well. Easy communications with the hosts as well. Go, you'll love it!"
