This home is perfectly situated in the north end of Anna Maria Island, close to both the Holmes Beach shopping district and Pine Avenue.. Publix grocery store as well many drugstores and liquor stores are only a short drive away.

General Policies
Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Pink Chicken.
"The Pink Chicken was perfect for our stay with another couple. There was plenty of room to hang out together in the open living room/dining room/kitchen space. Each couple had its own bedroom and bath. The house is nicely decorated and the furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The house was immaculate which is always the most important part. The kitchen had most of the items needed to cook though we did our best to minimize cooking for ourselves. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The private pool was wonderful and we spent lots of time either in the water or sitting on the patio. The landscaping was very nice and added to the feeling of privacy. The beach is only two blocks from the house. It is huge and even with a number of people using it, it did not feel crowded. It is possible to walk to shops and restaurants if you don't mind walking about a mile. There is also a trolley that runs about every 20 minutes. Parking can be a challenge in that area. We really enjoyed a dinner at the Waterfront and a late lunch at the Sandbar. We did have to wait at both places but the area around the Waterfront is good for walking and you can sit right on the beach while waiting at the Sandbar. I highly recommended the Pink Chicken-it is one of the nicest places I've stayed. I hope to stay there again."

"We loved this house. It was clean, well furnished and modern. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Our family loved relaxing In the heated pool, playing games at the kitchen table, watching movies and taking the short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded and felt like a private oasis. We met new friends a couple houses away and loved chatting at the beach together. The town has a small town feel which we loved. I ran to the store which was super close to grab items to make dinner often. We loved the selection of restaurants when we wanted to eat out. Our favorite was the Ugly Grouper. Our family will be back!"

Excellent Beach Vacation Spot
"Our group spent seven days at the Pink Chicken. We couldn't have been more pleased. The pool was nonstop fun and provided plenty of shade for us to enjoy all day long.The house was clean, fully equipped, modern and roomier than expected. We so enjoyed the beauty of the area and close proximity to the beach! Most of all we loved the incredibly comfort beds. I’ve never slept better on vacation.We can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend the Pink Chicken to others considering a stay in the area"
