Guests must be 25 or older to rent. No parties allowed. Please see rental agreement for full list of house rules and regulations.
House Rules
This is a child and pet friendly condo. We supply high chair, pack and play, and gate on main deck for kids. For your furry babies, we supply dog towels/sheets and dog bowls. And for washing sandy toes and paws, there is an outside hose and shower.
Terms & Conditions
Reservation fee of $300 plus Damage Waiver ($61.60) due at booking. Remainder due 60 days of booking. If booking within 60-day window of scheduled arrival, entire balance is due. Rates may also vary due to holidays, specials, etc. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a pet fee of $100 for the first dog and $50 for additional dogs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. Guest may cancel the reservation for the leased premises by notifying Management in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to Guest’s arrival date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, the full amount of Guest’s Advanced Reservation Deposit will be refunded, less a Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollar cancellation fee. Should Guest cancel or shorten the reservation for the leased premises less than 60 days before the scheduled Guest’s arrival date, Guest will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from Generali Global Assistance and are subject to their policies, conditions, and rest...
