With 28 years in the mortgage business, I have always had an interest in properties and their potential for creating memorable experiences. My husband, on the other hand, owns and captains a salmon fishing charter during the summer months. Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM
- Pet(s) Allowed : One Dog Only. Must be pre-approved, acknowledge pet rules and pay non-refundable pet fee $150.

General Policies
Bookings will be formally confirmed with a fully executed rental contract and 50% deposit. Final payments are required within 15 days of check in. $1,000 credit authorization hold for damage deposit will be initiated upon check in and released no later than 14 days of check out.
House Rules
Minimum renter age is 25 for everyone in the booking group unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults maximum, additional children welcome to a maximum of 12 total guests. ID to be provided upon request Trash & Recycling: Pickup is 2 X’s per week and we have a service that brings the garbage to the curb. Guests are required to bring the empty bins to the side of the house. There is a $100 fee if we need to call for an off-schedule pickup. Please let us know if you'd like the additional Pool Heat. Pool Heat is $100 per stay and will be added to your rental amount AFTER you have booked your stay. When purchased, pool heat is set at 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temperature. As a result,...

"We really enjoy this house, location works perfect for us, close to Anna Maria Island, and our boat in St. Pete Beach. The house is very well equipped with all what you need to stay comfortably, large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The pool area was really nice with a lot of space, chairs, BBQ Grill, and pool toys. Marisa was quick responding our questions and we definitely recommend her house, for sure I will come back. We were 5 adults."

"We had an amazing week with my brother and his family. The house was very comfortable inside and out. Marisa was amazing in her response time and communication ahead of time. It was located where it was easy to drive to whatever we were doing or needed - beaches, restaurants, shopping etc! We would stay here again if the opportunity arose!!"
Perfect Host
"The place is beautiful, house is spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was a great addition for all of us and kids had a great time, it was almost impossible to pull them out. The backyard is so relaxing and has plenty of sitting areas. Location is a short drive to the beautiful beaches. It became a little bit problematic during the Memorial Day weekend due to the tragic but we managed. We will definitely consider this place when we come back to AMI. Thank you Marisa. You are the perfect host! "
