Guests must be 25 years old to rent the Property. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Guests must sign a rental agreement and pool liability waiver upon booking.

Guests must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Noise and Disturbance: Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially between 10 pm - 7 am as per local ordinance.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted in the home, garage, or porch by Guest, Guests or invitees. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside. Guest understands that smoking or vaping in the home, garage, or porch shall be considered a material default under this lease agreement. In the event the premises are damaged in any way due to smoking or vaping on the premises, Guest will be fully responsible for eradication of smoke related or vaping related odors and repair of any damage due to the smoking or vaping. Guest agrees that smoke or vaping related damages will in no way be considered ordinary wear and tear.

Pets: We allow 1 dog. The dog must be on a leash when outside, and Guest must clean up after the dog immediately. Dog must not be left unattended, if you do, it must be crated

Damages and Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any malfunctions, damage, or security concerns immediately.

Utilities: Conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Keep exterior doors closed when the AC is on.

Kitchen Use: Please clean up after cooking and wash dishes before check-out. Dispose of food waste in designated bins.

Garbage and Recycling: Use provided bins for garbage and recycling. Trash is picked up Tuesday and Friday morning. Put it out the night before. Recycling is picked up on Friday morning. Put it out the night before.  

Pool Use: Swim at your own risk.Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. No glass containers in the pool area. Do not prop open pool gates. Do not disable pool alarms on the back windows. No pets allowed in the pool. Pool heater is available for an additional charge ($25/day for the entire stay).

Internet and Entertainment: Do not download or stream illegal or inappropriate content.Streaming TV’s are installed in the family room and all 3 bedrooms. Free streaming platforms are downloaded. Guests may log into their own personal accounts for paid subscriptions. There is no cable TV.

Parking: Park only in the driveway. Two vehicles are allowed.

One security camera is installed at the front of the home. Guests shall not tamper with the security camera.

Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, dial 911.

On going property care: Lawn care, pest control, and pool maintenance may occur during your stay.
