Perfect beachfront location
"Brought our family to Anna Maria Island for the first time and we were overly impressed by our accommodations, location, and the convenient walking amenities. If you enjoy music, outdoor bars and some shopping, then this is your spot to stay.
The beach access was a must for us and this unit didn't disappoint. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas!
If you're thinking of heading to Anna Maria Island, our whole family would recommend this unit and this location. You'll Love It."

Location, Location, Location
"The condo was very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is loacated right on the sand and all the popular restaurants and shops are all within two blocks.
A perfect vacation spot."

Better than the photos
"Beautiful place. Excellent location. I especially appreciated the quality of the beds and the linens. The entire place was professional decorated and felt like a luxury stay. There were spices and oils for cooking and plenty of dishes and cookware for eating in. Spotlessly clean and inviting. Views from living room and Master bedroom we're amazing. A very long list of things you had to do at check out. We did them all; given the high cleaning fee, the amount of work expected from guests was pretty high, but not too much if you are clean while you are there. We will go back!"

Just What We Hoped For
"Property has an excellent location, near a lot of lively activities, as well as being a relaxing get away. Opportunities abound for the appreciation of the natural habits and wildlife of Anna Maria Island. Condo was spacious and well maintained with a spectacular view of the Gulf. Ammey was especially responsive and helpful."

Best ever
"This was our first experience with renting after selling our home in south Florida in January so we were a bit nervous . This condo was over and above our expectations and Amney was the absolute best .This was the perfect place for myself and my 88 y/o husband with limited mobility and on oxygen . The elevator was right outside our door and the condo had everything we could possibly need or want to make our stay stress free. Amney even delivered my husband a special taller beach chair just so he fish and be easy for him to stand up from sitting . Something she did just based on her knowing he loved fishing but needed a little help . We also booked a fishing charter on the bay and he and a friend caught more fish than he had ever caught in his life at one time. That says a lot coming from true fishermen and owning homes and boats on the water most of their lives. The wide open beach view in the historic district with fishing prier, restaurants galore and of course , shopping , easy access to everything we needed within walking distance has sealed the deal so we will back in January if not before.

"Really nice condo with lots of extras. Nice bath towels and nice beach towels provided-chairs and umbrellas too. The kitchen was well equipped. I love staying in a place where you don't have to buy every single thing you need. The balcony was perfect for watching my family on the beach when I didn't go down. The baby gear that this condo offered was such a bonus. Books and toys for little ones made entertaining them so easy. It is a great location with several restaurants in easy walking distance. The sunsets are incredible!"

"Comfortable, gorgeous ocean views from the deck, and very upscale unit. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, two ocean piers, and even the pier/ harbor on the inland side of the island. The unit appears to be either recently renovated or incredibly well preserved. We had a gathering of all of our kids and grand kids (there are only seven of us) and had a great time. Very comfortable and well equipped. And our property manager was very kind and helpful in arranging matters during the issues surrounding the COVID mess. Thank you."

"Super easy checkin, beautiful condo with lovely view and everything we needed for a great week. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. Condo was clean and updated, beautiful views! One small thing was that the a/c was fixed on 74 and the condo stayed about 75-76 when the sun was coming in, which was a little warm for us and nights felt really warm so we didn’t sleep great, but that was very minor in the grand scheme of things and I’m sure could be discussed with owner."

"The condo was exceptional, quality throughout, clean, and positive experience...beautiful place. Ammey was very helpful and responsive, our trip was problem free, beach is right out the door, patio overlooks Gulf, walking distance to shops & Bradenton Pier, very quiet and relaxing place to stay."
Perfect location for a family with kids
"Nice and clean apartment. Child friendly (although I wished beds world be lower. But that is very usual for the US. It is just me not getting used to those).
Restaurants across the street with live music are not heard from inside the apartment.
Beach that is not as crowded as Siesta Key beaches in Sarasota.
Would recommend location and apartment!

"I would not hesitate to book this condo again. The location is wonderful--steps to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants (Bridge Street Bistro and Blue Marlin were favorites), the marina, and shops. The condo itself was obviously well cared for and well managed. All was in order upon our arrival -- very clean, very comfortable, with quality appliances and TVs, nice linens, great beach towels. We enjoyed time on the patio (nice furniture!) watching the sunset over the ocean, and even spotted a couple of dolphins passing by."

"We had a great time at Bradenton Beach! The views are beautiful. For those who care, the beaches are full of shells. Condo was beautiful and clean and had all the essentials. I had brought our own hand and shower soaps, but they were provided if we hadn’t. They also provided trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, and toilet paper. The hot water was great in the showers and didn’t run out after a couple showers. Really everything was perfect other than the floor of our condo was difficult to keep clean. We were asked to remove shoes and rinse off by the garage, but with a family of 7 that has a toddler and 6 year old, there will still be sand. There was a black substance that came from outdoors that was difficult to remove from the floor. Even taking shoes off didn’t completely keep us from getting it on the floor. We are owners of a VRBO as well so I was really careful about getting it cleaned up when I saw it. The owner was great and ready to communicate when we needed to. She provided beach chairs and umbrellas which turned out to be super handy!! Over-all great place!!"
