General Policies
Antimicrobial Cleaning Fee $175, Refundable damage deposit $500, Must pay Refundable Deposit to secure dates!! Florida rental tax rate 13%, 50% of Rent is due 90 days prior & 50% due 45 days prior to vacation. Minimum daily rentals may be available due to gaps in the calendar. Any number of days can be added onto weekly rentals if available. I accept Zelle & Venmo. Your deposit will be return the same way you chose to pay.
House Rules
Gated property, private beach with chairs and umbrellas provided by attendant at beach at no additional cost!! Lots of beach toys and even a float pump, lighted tennis courts and Pickleball available, bathrooms/showers/heated pool on beach! Newly furnished/decorated, NEW 65 inch SMART HDTV/DVR, and 2023 NEW 2 SMART HDTV in both bedrooms with premium channels, boat docks available, beach toys for kids, free secured WiFi in unit and free use of computer at club house (8a-5p), tiled throughout, VERY CLEAN, New WORKOUT room loaded with great equipment!! FREE rides all over the island, no need to spend hours looking for parking in the village, park in our provided gated property and use the free rides!! We are a NON-SMOKING NON-VAPING condo....
