Beautifully remodeled, this spacious non-smoking unit offers a big screen TV, clean modern furnishings, and upscale kitchen amenities including a Keurig. The primary bedroom also has lanai access, a golf course view, a flat screen TV, comfortable King size bed, oversize walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one twin (single) bed and one double bed. The living room includes a sofa bed. In-suite washer/dryer installed in 2017. There is free WIFI and 24/7 unlimited long distance in North America.

There is an assigned, covered parking spot with a large storage unit (storage unit currently unavailable due to hurricane damage). You are steps away to a large beautiful communal pool with 8'6" depth and comfy chaise loungers. Pets are not allowed. 

The condo does not come with access to the Plantation's private golf courses.

We love the area and you will too. Lots of public golf courses and plenty of restaurants and shopping. There are spectacular sunsets and dolphin watching on the beach.

NO SUB-LEASING: It is against our policy and against the Westchester Gardens Condominium Association for you to sub-let your unit. It is expected that you will be present for the entire time of rental, unless we are notified otherwise.

NO STUDENT GROUPS OR HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND: No house parties are allowed, no large family reunions, no weddings / receptions, no "spring breakers". If guests are found to be having a party without our consent, everyone will be asked to vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.

MOBILE SLEEPING UNITS: No mobile sleeping units, including tents, are permitted for additional housing.

NO CAMPFIRES: Campfires are not permitted anywhere on property.

SWIMMING POOL: There is no diving allowed and glass containers near the pool are forbidden. Tenants and their guests assume all risks associated with use of and access to the swimming pool.

AMENITIES are NOT guaranteed. There are NO REFUNDS for the malfunction of any equipment including but not limited to air conditioning, TV, appliances, power outages and telephone service.  Every effort has been made to ensure all equipment is in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to the Owner. Subcontractors may need to enter premises during reasonable hours to perform maintenance, but will only do so with advance notice. Please make sure that you inspect the condo photos, description, and amenities on the web site regarding the features, and condition of the condo, as there is no refund of any portion of your rental fee upon arrival.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: On departure guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when guest(s) arrived. If more than normal cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be charged.The following items must be complied with before check out:(1) Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils are washed, dried and put away (or left clean in the dishwasher).(2) Stove, oven and kitchen appliances are clean.(3) Refrigerator is cleaned out of any food.(5) Windows and doors are closed and locked.
