The space

This newly designed villa is equipped with all new appliances, big open space kitchen, splendid master room with separate Bathtub, comfortable upstairs TV room with flatscreen TVs, Tv's also in the living and bed rooms, private washer / dryer, private screened-in pool, new bedding, Smart TV and Free Wi-Fi internet. There's also a state of the art game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball basketball and a gamers room with Xbox with assorted games and gaming chairs.

Guest access:

Guest will need gate access info which will be provided prior to arrival. There is an electronic keypad for entry.

Other things to note

• All renters are required to sign a rental agreement form.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm; Check-out time is 10:00 am. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged.
• Pool heat may be available for an additional fee. The pool heater is available between 9.00am and 9.00pm. Please be aware it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
• BBQ Grill is available. The guest is responsible for propane tank swaps if necessary and cleaning after use. 
• 24-Hour Gated Community with Security Patrol: No events, parties or large gatherings. Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
• A gate pass is issued during check-in. A QR code is available which can be used at the far-right gate. A scanner is located on a post at the front right gate, and QR codes should be face up and clearly visible in order to scan.
• This is a NO-SMOKING and NO-PETS home.
• Driveway parking is available for 1-3 vehicles. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the streets between 1:00am 6:00am and will be towed without notice. No parking on the grass, sidewalks or common areas at any time. All vehicles must be fully parked in the driveway at night. Additional parking is available for ten dollars a night at the clubhouse. Please contact the clubhouse. If your vehicle gets towed, you will have to contact the tow company..
• Clubhouse Pool / Fitness Center: Hours 4:00am to Midnight. A keyfob is hanging near the front door which can be used to enter the gym. This must be returned to the home after each use and before checkout.
• Trash Pickup: Grey Bins are used for trash and must be placed on the end of the driveway facing out on Tuesday Evenings. Bins must be returned to the side of the house no later than Wednesday evening. Recycle Pickup: Black/Yellow Bin is used for plastic and cardboard recycles and must be out Monday Evening and returned to the side of the house by Tuesday evening.
• All the TV's in the home are smart-tv's equipped with Roku devices. YouTubeTV, Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu subscriptions may be available for use on these tv's only and may be limited in the number of screens that can display simultaneously.
