General Policies
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent one of our properties. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4 P.M. Check-out is at 10 A.M. Guests arriving prior to 4 P.M. must call our office at 727-461-1123 before entering the unit to find out if the unit is complete for check-in. Do not enter the unit before 4 P.M. without B&W Management approval.PET POLICY: No pets or animals are allowed in the rental units.
House Rules
A stay at The Villas will leave one relaxed and rejuvenated and planning ahead on how soon you can return.
Terms & Conditions
Once your booking is submitted and accepted you will have to sign our Rules & Regulations agreement in order to finalize the booking. You will not be able to check in with out a signed copy of the Rules & Regulations.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve a condo, we require a 20% prepayment of your booking. 50% of your paid prepayments is refundable with a 60-day advanced notice before arrival date, if less than 60 days it becomes non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

"Very roomy. Everything was there that was needed. Loved having the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. We had an issue with the dryer but it was taken care of immediately. The staff is on top of everything. Very clean. Right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. There was a wedding every day right near our balcony. We hit the heatwave. Over 90 degrees everyday, but always a wonderful breeze. My family was very pleased with everything and we will be back."
