Gulfport has been called a lot of things, but boring isn’t one of them! It has been referred to, in no particular order, funky, eclectic, artsy, charming, progressive, welcoming, warm, and even weird. It proudly accepts all of it!The downtown is small, but exceptionally welcoming. You won’t find any chain stores, or parking meters, but you will find beautiful old oak trees dripping in Spanish moss. And you will definitely find small-town friendliness and warmth. Beach and Shore Boulevards are at the heart and soul of our historic downtown area and are directly situated on scenic Boca Ciega Bay.Those downtown shops are all independently owned and operated and feature works of local artists and artisans, as well as clothes, books, gifts, home decor, and more. A concentration of more than a dozen restaurants in the village has made Gulfport a premier dining destination. You can find anything from a burger to fine dining. Visit the nearby Pinellas beaches in Pass-A-Grille, St. Pete Beach, and Treasure Island for a fun beach day. Our home is also only a few blocks away from Tomlinson Park and the Gulfport Spur to the Pinellas Trail.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Changes. A cancellation fee in the amount of all payments received applies to all cancellations, for non-payment, and for not occupying the property. Changes, when available, require approval, a $250 fee and payment for any increases in rental rates. Reservations will be canceled with no refund if Guest provides false information during the reservation process or plans, advertises or hosts a Party, defined as exceeding the occupancy limit. There are no refunds for unmet expectations resulting from weather, natural disasters, personal or any other reason unless contained herein. "The house is clean and in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The house is spacious, perfect floor plan, comfortable beds, and fully stocked home. The backyard is large fully fenced in, great patio area, and the pool is well maintained. This is a great vacation home and I will definitely book again."
"We just got back from a 5 day stay and it was wonderful. We live closeby but we wanted to get away from home before our kids (teens) go back to school. The home is setup perfectly for families. The bedrooms are split with two on one side with a bath and another on the other side of the living room, with it's own bath and TV room. There is a view from the kitchen thru the living room and onto the pool, so you can keep an eye on swimmers easily. The pool and fountain were perfect, so relaxing. Beyond the pool the yard is very tropical, and nightly the fragrant huge gardina bush smelled heavenly. Several plumeria are starting to bloom. Our dog loved the jungle like yard, and chasing the lizards. Super quiet location with everything you could possibly need onsite. Our host Beth was very responsive and addressed all of our questions in a friendly manner. We would recommend this home to our friends and family, and we are already considering our next stay."
