Conveniently located just 2 short blocks to the Manatee public beach and across the street from all the conveniences you'll need to enjoy your stay including Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar tree, souvenir shops, restaurants and eateries. The bus stop to the free shuttle bus that services the entire island is located right at the entrance of complex. Assigned covered parking and plenty of visitor parking is available.

General Policies
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure dates and block out calendar.
Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed and initial payment is received. The minimum age of renter is 25 (no exceptions) and identification will be required for age verification.
Guests must sign a short term rental agreement and submit a copy of a valid drivers license to verify proof of age and permanent address.
Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third party users unless required by law.
House Rules
Renters must comply with all ordinances governed by the City of Holmes Beach. A lot of care is given to make your vacation stay as pleasurable as possible and we ask that you respect our piece of paradise as your own. All linens are included and as most conveniences of your home for your use and enjoyment.Renters must vacate the premise by 11:00 am on departure date.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days prior to stay for a full refund minus a $150.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations less than 60 days and up to 30 days will be refunded 50% of collected funds minus a $150.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days of stay are non-refundable.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

"Our family group of 3 adults and 2 children stayed at Ana and Anthony's condo in June .The location is great ,really central for anywhere on the Island ,and as well as a 1 min walk to the supermarket ,the unit is on the 2nd floor ,but there is an elevator should you need it . The condo itself was spotless ,all the furniture in like new condition and everything ,and I mean everything you could wish for your vacation. Also a great variety of beach stuff ,chairs,umbrella buggy etc. The back balcony was used every morning for coffee ,and every evening for our wine !,and on our last morning also was the perfect place to watch a family of Manatee's enjoying the lagoon,honestly a perfect end to our trip. One other point I would like to make ,any questions we asked were quickly replied to,and communication with Ana and Anthony was faultless. Not much more to say other than we would love to stay there again in the future. The Orr Family "
