General Policies
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent one of our properties. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4 P.M. Check-out is at 10 A.M. Guests arriving prior to 4 P.M. must call our office at 727-461-1123 before entering the unit to find out if the unit is complete for check-in. Do not enter the unit before 4 P.M. without B&W Management approval.PET POLICY: No pets or animals are allowed in the rental units.
House Rules
A stay at Surfside will leave one relaxed and rejuvenated and planning ahead on how soon you can return.
Terms & Conditions
Once your booking is submitted and accepted you will have to sign our Rules & Regulations agreement in order to finalize the booking. You will not be able to check in with out a signed copy of the Rules & Regulations.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve a condo, we require a 20% prepayment of your booking. 50% of your paid prepayments is refundable with a 60-day advanced notice before arrival date, if less than 60 days it becomes non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Watched Dolphins from Balcony at Every Sunset
"It was a beautiful condo and was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything looked perfect. Great area and very convenient to restaurants, stores, aquarium, etc. and needless to say, the beach! Our favorite beach! It's extremely clean and you can't beat the sugar white sands, clear water (appropriately named) and breath taking sunsets! We were able to watch dolphin from the balcony at every sunset too."

"The unit was perfect. Apparently remodeled at some point with no expenses spared, Especially the bathrooms and kitchen! We were right on the beach. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Watching the sunset every night. Our stay was great. Everyone we came in contact was pleasant and helpful. We hope to be back soon."
