My name is Sabina Mattessich and I was born and raised in Toronto Canada. I have 24 years' experience at a major Canadian Media company, then Canada's largest radio, outdoor advertising, and specialty television operator. I was an early employee in their newly established Toronto office where my responsibilities evolved into helping the business expand by playing an integral role in office and real estate management. Combined with my personal interest in fashion and interior decorating, I developed a passion for creating practical and cost effective solutions. "We had a Great stay in this beautiful condo. It has everything you need. Beautiful beach, Beautiful views, Well taken care of Condo.. Great owners to deal with. Easy to get the Key you can walk to restaurants / shopping. Perfect location ."
Great View of the Beach
"We have been to Marco a few times in the past so we knew going in that this condo would offer a great view of the beach. Being on the 10th floor is really nice. We have also stayed at Sea Winds previously. This unit was comparable to others we have rented. It was well appointed and clean. The owners were responsive to our various texts and emails. For example the microwave died while we were there. A new one was purchased and installed in just a few days. We only had one issue with our stay (and the cause of the review being less than 5 stars) and that was the owners have control over the thermostat. it's a Nest thermostat and they control it from their smart phones. We like it cool at night when we sleep. We couldn't turn the thermostat below 72. Also while we were there, there were two mornings when the temperature was in the 30's. We wanted to crank on the furnace in the morning to warm the place up but they wouldn't allow the heat to be turned on, even after we asked about it. We found this approach by the owners to be puzzling."

Thank you so much for your message and that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Seawinds Condo in Marco. Unfortunately as we had mentioned we do not have “Heat function Activated “ in our condo only AC. So for this reason we could not turn heat on. We only have AC connected to our unit there is NO Heat connected to our unit. Many thanks and we hope to see you again at the Seawinds.

"Our Jan 2020 visit was our 4th or 5th since 2015. The unit is consistently well furnished and updated. Location right on the beach is convenient, views of the beach and sunsets and fantastic. The owners have been very responsive to our needs through the years. A great place to stay!"
Wonderfull / Quiet / Clean
"Great condo. The management when we arrived were happy to help and answered all are questions. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for our whole stay. We have been going to Marco for some time and this is by far the nicest /most quiet and relaxing place we have stayed. Sabina the owner was very helpful with all arrangements. Thanks again for providing a VERY comfortable place to stay."
