House Rules
Owner requires ID verification upon booking, prior to check-in. We host travelers and vacationers- no locals. For stays of 7 days or more, the Owner will require Traveler to sign a Booking Agreement (owner will email) and provide a list of occupants and cars. For guests without a positive review from a previous host, the owner will require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 for short stays of 7 days or less, and for stays over 7 days, a $400 Refundable Damage Deposit. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The principal of the group must be 25 years of age. No minors, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. This Studio is not a party House.
