This house is located on beautiful Lake Reedy. The house has a seawall separating the yard from the beach/water. The street is quiet with lots of walkers, bicyclers, golf carts and joggers. The yard has a launch area for very small watercraft, the dock pictured on the property is not usable.The house is close to downtown Frostproof, two playgrounds, a community dock, tennis courts, hardware store, dollar store, and a grocery store.The location is also convenient for visiting Legoland.

About Owner
We are Scott and Jill Smith; we live just a few miles away and are almost always readily available if you need us. We have lived in the Lake Wales area our entire lives. We now have three vacation rentals in the area, all on water. The other two are on canals to Crooked Lake, the lake we live on.
We thank you for looking at our house! we have enjoyed getting familiar with the neighborhood as we have worked at the house getting it ready for our guests and we hope you will like it as much as we do!
