Location Info
Anna Maria Island is a charming seven mile island just north of Sarasota. There are no high-rises and it is not a “party town”. It is comprised of three towns: Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton; all wonderful in their own way. The Peachy Beach House is at 107 75th Street; map it or see the map below, and you’ll see its location and proximity to the gulf. This quiet, gulf-side street in north Holmes Beach has it’s own beach access. We think its the best location on the island.

My name is Frances Parisi and my husband is John Falvella. We live in New York State. I a nurse practitioner and John builds houses. John has owned homes on AMI for the past 30 years and we hope to retire here someday soon.We have traveled a lot and I know what I like when I travel: A clean, updated space, well-stocked kitchen, open, airy, bright and sunny. I use only duvet covers on the bedding so they can be washed between guests, I leave detergents for washing clothes and dishes, paper towels, toilet paper and try to leave the cooking basics, but things sometimes walk away. Since I live in NY, I can't always make sure that they are replaced for each guest. I have "super host" status on that other site and I do my best to make sure my gue...
