Cancellation Policy
If your reservation is canceled thirty (30) days before your arrival date, then there will be a 10% cancellation fee based on the total rent charged including sales tax. If your reservation is canceled less than thirty (30) before your arrival date, then there will be no refund issued and the entire deposit will be forfeited and the reservation may not be rescheduled.
