Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following terms: Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less $325 plus 3.5% of the deposit. Cancellations made 60-90 days prior to arrival, will receive a refund of 50% of the full reservation amount. For cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival, no refund will be offered unless Portfolio is able to re-book the canceled dates at the same rate. Trip Cancellation insurance is offered and recommended.

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The duplex was just as shown on the website. It was very clean, nicely decorated and was equipped well to meet all our needs. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a short 2 block walk. Thank you for a great two week stay."

"We had a wonderful visit to Anna Maria Island. The home is beautiful with all the amenities you may want to have while you are there. The pool area is shared, but it is relaxing and there is ample room for people staying on both sides. The walk to the beach is a quick 5+ minutes and the access is easy to navigate. We would highly recommend and would love to go back to this home."
