2. Sign NextPax Agreement
3. Enable NextPax as Channel Manager in PMS.
Once the properties are fed to NextPax, our team will do a data review with them to make sure all taxes and fees are correct, then we can enable the properties to send to you.
Any time they add a new property for Florida Rentals by Owners, they will need to email our support team at [email protected] to enable. If they do not notify us, the property will not be sent to you.
