"This rental was as described. It was clean and well appointed. We had a couple of small issues which the owner addressed immediately. He was very easy to reach and pleasant to deal with. The only negative was the beach and water. It was partly my fault because it is on the bay not the ocean and I knew that. Overall, a great place to stay. I would rent again. "
