Maximum occupancy: 8 guestNo smoking of any kind in condo or on the balcony.Keep the balcony doors closed at all times or the AC will freeze.Do not hang anything off the balcony railing.Wristbands must be worn at all times on the property.Dispose of all trash in the trash chute located near the elevators.Do not remove bath towels from the condo.
Terms & Conditions
Rental of our condo will be responsible adult aged 25 or older. Renter must personally occupy the property for the entire rental period and will not sublet any portion of the property.
Cancellation Policy
Short-term stays (27 nights or less) that are canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date will refunded less a $300 cancellation fee. Inside 60 days is non-refundable.
Long-term stays (27 nights or longer) that are canceled at least 90 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee. inside of 90 days is non-refundable.
