Avon Park is a small Central Florida city just over a hour drive South of Orlando and 10-15 miles North of Sebring Florida. House is on a private lake in a quite friendly neighborhood with easy access to major shopping and dinning.

About Owner
Private owner(s) that have been involved with this house since built in 1978. We use it for our family from May through Oct/Nov for short visits to the lake and love the community and neighbors. We have had family on Lake Byrd since the 1920's and can provide recommendations for just about anything you need to know about in Central Florida.
Prefer to rent to a mature snowbird couple or individual as we have had great experience with this type of guest over the years. We have found most come back year after year and unfortunately were just notified in December 2024 that due to illness our renters will not be able to return for 2025.

- Events Allowed : Private small quite groups are not a problem.
General Policies
House Rules
Just insist on NO SMOKING or PETS. ( Sorry).Shared drive-way with another house at same address.Internet access or cable service is up to the tenant to arrange. TV available with antenna for some free over the air stations.Utilities are not included in the rent. These remain in the owners name and are additional due each month based on amount of use. Typical electrical has been $150-$200 a month and water/trash $16-$20 a month.
Terms & Conditions
Lease will be provided with all terms and conditions to be agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
This would be a three month lease with no cancelation policy once executed.
