House Rules
Not less than 30 day rentals. Longer rentals preferred and will be given preferred pricing.
Terms & Conditions
Community has 2 pools, hot tub, tennis, playground, fitness room all within walking distance of unit.
Cancellation Policy
Payment in full by Aug 1, but not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. After that date cancellation fees will apply for cancellations between Aug 1 and Nov. 1 for High Season prepaid rentals. All cancellations for prepaid reservations, if cancelled within 1 month of rental subject to cancellation fees. HOA mandatory fee. Reservation fee non-refundable.
