Florida Rental By Owners sometimes offers discount coupons applicable toward subscriptions and/or short-term paid ads. Follow these simple steps to apply the coupon at check-out.

NEW SUBSCRIBERS

1. Review the subscription levels on the List Your Property Page

2. Click the "List Your Property" button or go directly to the Registration Page and choose the subscription level you wish associated with the number of properties you have

3. Set your profile including your contact details, your mailing address, agree to our terms and conditions and press the continue button

4. On the payment page, enter your credit card payment details on our secure platform

5. Locate the promotion field, and click Add promotion code.

6. Enter the coupon code in the field and press continue

7. The system will deduct the discount amount from the final payment total

CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS

1. In your Host Dashboard

2. Identify the subscription or paid ad that you wish to purchase

3. Continue to the checkout page

4. On the payment page, enter your credit card payment details on our secure platform

5. Locate the promotion field, and click Add promotion code.

6. Enter the coupon code in the field and press continue

7. The system will deduct the discount amount from the final payment total
