A gorgeous home filled with luxurious furnishings, high-end touches, and smart home technology! The home is picture perfect from a Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware magazine and couldn't be in a more perfect location! Located just a block to Pine Avenue shops, the free island trolley stop, Waterfront Restaurant, and close to the bay side beach and park. But because the island is narrow the gulf side beach is only a 6-8 minute walk directly down the opposite end of the street! This is one of the most sought after areas of the island to stay and for good reason as the bay is perfect for wading and splashing, the shops are nearby to peruse during the day, and the perfect flour-soft sand of the gulf is just a few blocks down!
This an elevated home with access by outdoor stairs to the front door. The spacious front deck offers seating to enjoy the breezes. The french doors open up to the open concept living/kitchen/dining. The entire home is on one level. The kitchen has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and top-of-the line stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 4 at the high-top dining table. There is also a washer and dryer in the pantry closet. In the master bedroom there is a large king bed open to the master bathroom with beautiful walk in shower! There are also french doors leading out to the front balcony/deck. The second bedroom also has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Off the kitchen is access to the large outdoor back deck/balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a grill and plenty of table, chairs, and loungers in this huge outdoor space with enormous sparkling heated pool.

Deposit/Balance: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of Booking Confirmation. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations. 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. See rental agreement for details.

The house was perfect for 2 couples. Immaculate and a perfect location! The pool area was awesome. We did have a couple of negatives. The outdoor grill wasn’t working, it was fixed but not until our last day. Also the master bathroom is odd. It’s open to the bedroom without a door. It’s a gorgeous bathroom, but absolutely no privacy. No locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the village. Easy access to any and beach. Very high end appointments including furniture and appliances. Beautiful backyard pool and deck. Highly recommend for couple or small family.

Beautiful, well appointed, high end appliances. All the bells and whistles. A short walk to be bay and Waterfront Restaurant.
About 1/2 mile to gulf beaches but worth the walk. This place feels like home with adjustable beds, beautiful remodeled bathrooms, amazing pool and landscaping.
Would definitely stay again!
While it was a bit high tech for us....we managed to adjust and enjoy the views and amenities.

Beautiful house and nicely decorated! Great pool! Location is nice and quiet. Beach just a few blocks away. Close to Pine Avenue Shops! We had great time and will definitely be back!

We had another wonderful holiday on AMI.
Everything was what we hoped for. Duncan Real Estate facilitated a key pick up out of office hours, the house was just as advertised on the website, the information that was provided was very helpful.

What a wonderful home in a wonderful location. Beautifully decorated and packed with everything you could possibly need whether you're cooking in the kitchen or outside grill, heading to the beach or enjoying the gorgeous backyard and pool. We lost hours drinking coffee on the front porch taking in the view of the bay and City Pier. The master bed is extremely comfortable and the open plan master bath works really well and has a huge shower! The great location allows easy access to the beach, bay, restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue. We can't wait to stay here again :-)
