Single family two story home in City of Anna Maria. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), 3 ½ bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with island/breakfast bar seating 4, dining room seating 10, living room, private heated pool and spa. Balconies/decks, 2 car garage. The property is furnished and includes: 1 king, 2 queen beds, 3 twin (triple bunk), bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, 6 TVs, wireless internet, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, pots & pans, dishware, silverware, kitchenware & utensils, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator w/ water and icemaker, oven/stove, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, grill, outdoor seating, starter set (2 garbage bags, small dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towel roll, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, coffee filters, salt/pepper).

Vacation rental reservations and guests will be allowed to arrive from all US States EXCEPT FOR: - Travelers arriving directly from areas identified as high-risk ‘hot-spots’ by Governor DeSantis’ Executive Orders through July 5th. This includes from within a state of less than 700 cases/100K residents. Please check the CDC Case Rate map for more information on your area. - International Travelers - Groups of more than 10
POLICIES: This home is managed by Once Upon A Beach Vacation Rentals. Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and present throughout entire stay.

This home has a heated pool and spa (year-round at no additional charge) for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Please note that pools are kept at low to mid 80s depending upon season. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters do not run overnight and cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures than the pool but does not remain on or reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub.
Deposit/Balance: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of Booking Confirmation. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations. 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. See rental agreement for details.

The house was perfect for a beach vacation. We are a family of 6 adults and the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The house is beautiful and very clean. The outdoor area by the pool, as well as the pool and hot tub were really nice for nighttime entertainment. The beach is very close, about a 3 minute walk from the house.
The owners of the property were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
