About Owner
We live just north of Toronto, Canada having retired just ahead of all the Covid craziness. We are very active and adhere to the "work hard, play hard" philosophy. We had considered buying in Florida for a number of years and had looked at various areas. Good friends had been visiting the Sarasota area for many years and bought in The Meadows. Once we visited we "got it" and realized that this is the place to be! The area has so much to offer and we look forward to spending our "twilight" years discovering it all. There's something for everyone in Sarasota...from the arts, great restaurants, fabulous beaches, sporting activities, all within a 15-20 minute radius of where we are. ...and for snowbirds like us, gotta say, it's gr...

Check-Out Time : Flexible
General Policies
All check in/check out to be confirmed with owners. We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. We would like to reiterate that while we are pet owners ourselves and can appreciate that the majority of pet owners are very responsible, we do not accept any pets.
House Rules
Please be aware that this is a second floor unit in a 2 story building. Everything in the unit, however, is on one floor.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
100% refundable within 30 days of occupancy (minus $100 application fee). Any specific issues (ie. health concerns) that arise can be discussed with owners.

"This condo was exceptionally well stocked with everything you might need for a great vacation. My wife and I enjoyed the serenity of The Meadows with its mature oak trees, numerous ponds and trails. We also enjoyed exploring the Sarasota area including St. Armands Circle and Longboat Key with its many shops and restaurants. As avid golfers we were able to play two very good onsite courses as well as other fine courses nearby for a reasonable fee - Serenoa, Misty Creek and Stoneybrook to name a few. Just a great place to stay and enjoy Florida!"

"My husband and I stayed at Glenn and Annette's Florida home for 6+ weeks (January/February 2023). Their home is beautifully decorated, spotless and provided all the conveniences of home plus more! Their unit is just steps away from a beautiful pool where we met many wonderful people and enjoyed the sunshine. The proximity to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, pickle ball courts and the SRQ airport makes it an ideal location for the perfect Florida getaway. We can't wait to get back to enjoy R & R in the Meadows of Sarasota."
