In case of cancellation, 50% of the Down Payment is refundable 60 days prior to date of arrival. No refunds after 60 days.

"Year two and we love it even more. Location Location Location. Take your bike and explore Fort Desoto, Downtown St Pete, and the gulf coast beaches. Easy access to the Pinellas Trail for cycling or Kayak Boca Ciega Bay and the adjacent nature reserve. A well managed, spotless condo for anyone that wants to enjoy the sunsets, watch the dolphins from the lanai, or explore everything that Pinellas County offers. " View, View, View We cannot believe that we were so lucky to find this perfect location condo with outstanding view. The condo is quite big, nice furnished and very comfortable. Perfect location for visiting different places. We had the spectacular view every morning and evening, drinking coffee or glass of wine and watching birds. We have met a lot of wonderful people around here and Aina was taking a good care of us during Hurricane Ian. Thank you Aina very much for your concern. The View!
"The view across the bay is out standing. Sunrise, Sunsets and dolphins all from the water edge lanai. The well appointed, well maintained and exceptionally clean unit exceeded our expectations. Bermuda Bay itself is a friendly community that is close to all the amenities of St Pete and Gulfport while providing a unique and refreshing Florida experience close to nature. We booked for next year as soon as we could. Thanks Brian Ford"

Wonderful Place to Stay
"Our family had given up on travelling anywhere this year 2020 until I saw this listing. It was a short-notice booking but Aina made it so easy. She's quick to respond to our questions and made the whole process quite simple. When we got there, we were delighted with how it was so comfortably furnished with just about everything we needed. The kitchen was more than adequate for cooking our own meals (which we preferred to do to stay safe during this pandemic). We loved that this unit is beachfront and our kids could conveniently play in the sand or fly their kites after their virtual classes. We were spoiled with amazing views - dolphins playing in the bay, birds diving for fish in the water and the most beautiful sunsets. On top of it all, the neighbors were friendly and pleasant to renters. This place felt like home away from home for our little family and we cannot wait to go back!"
