Rental agreement will be e-mailed to tenant.
Tenant will have to sign it and snail-mail it back to me with security /damage deposit check or full rental amount + security/damage deposit check (depending on time of reservation) within the time frame determined in the rental agreement.
Security/damage deposit check will be refunded if no damage within 20 days after departure.
