Beautiful view and location
"The canal view was so pretty although the water was a bit stagnant. The pool and hot tub and view was glorious. There was plenty to do close by and within walking distance, lots of bunnies and burrowing owls to see walking through a peaceful neighborhood. We always felt safe out walking the area. Anja the property manager was so sweet and we really enjoyed interacting with her. I would have given a five star across the board but there were hidden fees. You have a fee of you use the propane grill or fire features, which were what drew us in for this property in the photos. You have a fee for all the electric used which is not easy to find or clear on the listing at all. We could see if it was clearly disclosed and over and above a normal weekly use but it seemed excessive to charge for the home's average base usage. We were charged more in one week than we pay for a month at home, even with being required to keep the thermostat at a higher temperature than was comfortable.The only other complaint would be that it advertised a gourmet kitchen, yes there may have been multiple fancy coffee makers, but essential baking pans, storage containers etc. were lacking. Overall we had a wonderful week and were very happy, just would be nice to have known of extra charges."

"House is very clean, not cluttered, and looks like pictures on the website. Beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome and was beautiful at night with the pool lights and the fire from the fire pits. The kitchen was well equipped. Owner was easy to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again."

Would stay again... awesome property!
"This property is great. Had ample space for our party. Close to a lot of amenities such as stores. Fort Myers, Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva are just short drives away. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub and tiki on the dock). However a few of the chairs around the Tiki hut were damaged and unsafe. A few things to point out, the fire pits next to the hot tub would not work. We would have had to supply the porpane, which we may have done but the ignition buttons also did not work. We were not about to buy propane and still have them not work. The pool floor/walls have a rough texture. A few people obtained minor scrapes because of this. Also the pool is a dark color, which caused the water to be warmer than most pools. We could not get the outside speakers to work, even with the help of the property manager. Not a huge deal because we did have a Bluetooth speaker to use. In the kitchen, larger/complete sets of kitchen knives, measuring cups/spoons would have been nice. Also we'd rather see a Keurig coffee maker in place of the espresso machine (but that's personal preference). There's also a lot of glasses and mismatched dishes that are oddly shaped, so much so there really is no cabinet space in the kitchen. More practical, family friendly dishes would be a better option. The extras in the garage were very nice. Chairs, pool floats, sports balls, cooler, fishing poles, bikes and more. Overall the negatives mentioned are minor inconveniences and we were very pleased with the house and would stay again without question! Also - Anja the property manager was great. She came by to ensure we had all our questions answered and was a very nice person."

Beautiful house
"The house was great. Kitchen could use a crock pot & electric fry pan & better pans. Upstairs bed is comfortable but it is a platform bed on the floor. Tough for older people to get in & out of bed. We were met by the property manager which was weird for us. We have rented many home from Vrbo & this was a first. The property manager meets you at the beginning of your stay & the end. They are super nice. We had a great time."

Quiet canal
"Overall the house was great!!! Was weird to have the property manager come when you check in and out to sign a paper. Also we told them we would probably check out around 7am, they had a cleaning lady there at 6:50 waiting on us to leave......that was very annoying because if I decided to stay until check out time I feel like I wouldn't be able to!!!! But the house was very comfortable!!!"

Dear Courtney, thank you for your comments. You sign a check in- out paper for liability purposes, for example when you use the bikes. It is all written on the form. Covid 19 cleaning rules are very strict. Having new guests at the same day is a challenge for the cleaning team and therefore they take every time they can get to be ready in time for the next guests. They were there in time for your desired check out.

Relaxation at it's Best
"I booked this beautiful home to surprise my husband for our anniversary and brought another couple along with us. The detail that went into this home is top notch! My husband even commented on the interior decorating and how everything came together perfectly! There were a lot of little extras that made our trip easier such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach mats and sand toys! The pool and hot tub were used everyday of our trip, multiple times a day! The spa like features were incredible! My friend used the spa/shower a TON! There are speakers in almost everyroom of the house that you can connect your music to. Any questions that we has were answered in a very timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone.... 10 out of 10!"

vacation in paradise
"This property was all it advertised. Very clean , well maintained, close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and out. We chose this property because if we did not want to leave it we had everything we needed right there. Would stay again and recommend it to friends."

Beautiful property
"This property is absolutely gorgeous! The property has a stunning interior design with amazing high ceilings and tile floors throughout, a beautiful pool, hot tub and patio area all for to enjoy on vacation! We also loved the dock and tiki table!"

Family Vacation
"This home is amazing! Thank you for providing us with such an amazing home to vacation in with our family. The pictures of this home are beautiful, but when you walk in it is breath taking! It is beautifully decorated, but also made you feel comfortable . We had 10 family members and your home accommodated us very comfortably with out being on top of each other. It was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The high end appliances, washer and dryer made our stay very efficient. The pool, hot tub, and large lanai was a huge hit with all of us. The kids loved fishing off the dock and the adults loved sitting under the tiki hut. The hammock was also a huge hit with our son-in-law. The garage was equipped with fishing gear, pool floats, and a basketball net! I could go on and on about this home. It definitely exceeded our expectations! The owner Andrea and the property manager Anya were so pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to make your stay was fabulous! It was exactly that!"

Perfect family stay
"Property was exactly how it was described. Very cean and comfortable. We reported one small problem when we got there and it was taken care of early the next day. Kids enjoyed the pool, adults enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed relaxing and fishing off the dock. Perfect family stay."

Great Property and very relaxing time
"We spent thanksgiving week with friends and family and it was the perfect place for a family get away. Lots of space, very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the local farmers market as well, which has some great options for sweet delights :)."

Paradise!
"All I can say is if you pass this up you will regret it! This house has it all you will want for nothing. I have never been more relaxed on a vacation. The house is beautiful inside and out with so many amenities. The pool and outside area are with the price alone! So much room so when you need alone time no issue finding a quite spot even with 5 kids in the house it was so easy. Trust me this is the best house in the area as we have been renting in this area for 19 years and this is a gem! We will be back"

Great House - would highly recommend!
"We stayed this June 2019 for a week in this gorgeous house. We had a wonderful time. The owner was so nice and even texted me coming up to the trip and during our stay to make sure we were having a great time. The management company were also very nice and easy to deal with. The house is beautiful, the twin bedroom has just been updated so my nieces each had a queen size bed and loved their room. The house was amazingly well stocked with dishes, glassware and cookware and there is really nice BBQ grill too outside. The pool and spa are great and the dock is lovely to sit out at night under the tiki. The kids loved the hammock too. I have a small child and there was a high chair and travel cot which was so handy and I wasn't expecting. There are closets full of towels and extra sheets. There are even bicycles in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly be back. I can not say enough good things! Thanks Andreas :)"

"The pictures are really great but the reality is better. Just WOW when you open the door and walk in. The house offers all you can wish for. Very clean, perfectly equipped, and the wellness amenities are a dream. We couldn’t get enough of it. We as coffee lovers were amazed about the 3 coffee machines. A Seaco Espresso machine which does it all, a Nespresso machine and a regular coffee maker. The location is great, too, in walking distance to Restaurants and super-market. What we also really liked was the huge TV and the sound-system, almost like a cinema but at home on the couch. The pool-area with jacuzzi and fire pits is really romantic in the evening. We had a great vacation and will certainly come again."

Fire and water
