Also enjoy our dinning area and sitting space in our oversized pool deck, overlooking the unique conservation area where you will see lots of varied wildlife. There is also a gas BBQ.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV . The second ensuite bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. Upstairs you will find the third ensuite bedroom with king sized bed & flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom with two twin beds and TV, and the fifth bedroom has twin beds and TV, sharing a bathroom in between.

Outside you will find there is a 26' x 15' private heated pool. An extended screen enclosure (lanai) covers the pool, built-in outdoor gas BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs. Lots of chairs and sunloungers for relaxing by the private pool.

Our villa has its own games room with pool table , great for keeping the kids occupied. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa

This villa has a high repeat booking rate, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

As a guest of Bellavida Resort you will enjoy all these facilities at the Clubhouse free of charge : community pool & jacussi, 15 acres of lakes, a cyber cafe, arcade, basketball courts and volleyball nets, television room, walking trails, picnic area, tot lot playground, and Italian gardens.

Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, this will be invoiced separately 60 days before you arrive.
