General Policies
Minimum of 90 day stay. Acceptance by the condo association by application is required. Fees of $100 for the application and $50 per person for security clearance. Policies and Rules and Regulations are included in the Rental Agreement and Application forms from the Condo Association and are sent to the prospective renter for their completion and signature and returned to the owner along with the deposit before the application process with the condo association is initiated.
House Rules
Rules and Regulations of the condo association are provided. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the renter using a sliding scale depending upon the condition the unit is left from light clean at $150 to deep cleaning at $350.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Payments are divided with the first after approval from the condo association and the second on or before June 1. Rental is limited to a full three month seasonal rental. Rental tax of 12% due to Florida and Collier County is the responsibility of the renter and subject to changes by Florida or Collier County. Deposit and rental payments are not refundable. Getting trip insurance is recommended if health or other concerns may prevent your vacation to ensure you receive compensation for your cancellation.
