Due to Covid-19 we are using enhanced EPA cleaning practices between guests, disinfecting products used to clean prior to your arrival as well as a supply of these products in the condo for your use. We also have 2 PlasmaWave Hepa filters in our condo that automatically adjusts depending on the air quality detected.

Location Info

Marco Island is located in the area of the southwest Gulf known as the Paradise Coast. It is just north of the Everglades and just south of Naples. Because of Marco's location, it offers not only many opportunities for activities locally, but access to all the amenities that Naples and the Everglades have to offer. The Marco area is loaded with opportunities for water sports, night life, zoos, museums, and water parks. It's also a rich source of live entertainment including comedy clubs, amateur and professional theater, and an assortment of night clubs and music. The natural habitat right outside your window is a wonder to behold. Take guided nature walks on the beach and learn about the shells, birds, turtles and other creatures that live there. You may prefer to just kick back and relax. What better place to do it from than one of our condos in Marco Island. About Owner

We reside in NH and bought this, our 304 condo,in 1992. We love visiting Marco, but can't do it as often as we would like. After buying this condo we decided that we would like o get another one 5 years later. We looked at many condo associations, but none matched South Seas in beauty and amenities so we ended up buying a second one in the same association. We have never regretted our decision although much of the time we spend down there is working on our condos. We try very hard to make it just like home for our guests and have many people who come every year who consider it that..

General Policies

Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am.

You must register at the office upon arrival. There is a $100 registration fee payable to the condo office.

House Rules

Our condo is suitable for seniors; however, it cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The pool facilities are right on the property.  It is a very deep beach.  if you have walking issues and you are a beach goer, please ask me about the suitability of the walk to the water

Terms & Conditions

Please add 12% FL tax, $50 rental agent processing fee and a $50 damage insurance fee and $150 cleaning fee to quoted fees.

We use a licensed rental agency located right down the street from our condos to book. They will reserve your dates and send you a contract to sign and return. As mentioned, they are licensed by the State of FL so you can be sure that this is a legitimate rental and that your money is secure.

All fees are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment Schedule: Payments will be separated into 2 installments. Fifty percent(50%) will be due 3 days after booking. Remaining fifty percent(50%) will be due 150 days prior to arrival. If booking happens within 150 days, only 1 payment will be due, 3 days after booking. If booking takes place within 2 weeks prior to arrival, payment by credit card will be required. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard. A 3% service charge will be added if you make a payment by Visa or MasterCard. We do allow for guests to overnight a check. If check is not received by payment due date reservation will be cancelled. Trip cancellation insurance available.

What a wonderful week

"Beachfront Beauty II What a wonderful week we've had! Beautiful views of the gulf, sunsets and a beautiful condo! Everything was immaculate and comfortable. With just the two of us, we each got our own bathroom! The bed was so comfortable that I really never missed our own! All kinds of kitchen appliances and serving pieces, silverware, etc. Our problem was that we never cooked anything but toast! Too many fabulous restaurants to try for sure! Lorraine is a great owner and always responded immediately to all my questions. She sent us a very detailed packet of information with things to do, places to see, different cuisines in the area to try. We've done a lot of VRBO Properties and we've never worked with anyone so detailed oriented. And that made it a pleasure. We will be back! "

Stay in the condo was great

"As usual our stay at the condo was great. The condo and the building are well maintained. The owner supplies ample amenities and well documented information about the condo appliances and entertainment equipment. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach and comfortable outdoor furniture on the lanai. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for your use, as are pails shovels for children. We consider and maintain the condo as if it was our second home. The owner keeps the condo in a well maintained condition which makes us as the renter feel that it is our second home. We have been renting the same unit for many years and we keep coming back because of all of the above mentioned reasons. Couldn’t ask for anything better."

Christmas Getaway

"Property #1794: South Seas - Beachfront Beauty II- Enhanced EPA Approved Cleaning Practices Used Perfect location. Great Christmas getaway!! This was our 2nd time staying in Tower 3, unit 304, and it didn't disappoint. It's a terrific condo with awesome views. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including sanitizing items (which at this time was greatly appreciated). Great communication with the owners and realtor. Looking forward to our return trip in May. "

Wonderful vacation, nice condo, great owners

"This vacation is one to be remembered forever. We stayed in condo unit 304 at South Seas building 3 owned by the Innes family. The unit was exceptionally clean with a wonderful view of the gulf and beach, truly a beachfront condo. The vacation was relaxing and the balcony was the place to be each night for an enjoyable sunset view. The unit had all the amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. The owner, Lorraine was available and just an email away throughout the entire stay. She responded immediately, within an hour, to every question and request that was needed to make our vacation complete. She gave us recommendations for local activities and to local restaurants with their specialties. This was a great 50th wedding anniversary vacation thanks to Bill & Lorraine."
