Wonderful Getaway in Oyster Bay
"Our stay at Joe & Pat's condo was terrific! We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the canal view, dining or relaxing on the lanai, and swimming/relaxing at the pool.
The condo is in a great location near the heart of Naples and we often walked or biked to many places. We had a great time enjoying the many things to do - Baker Park/Gordon River Greenway Trail, Celebration Park Food Trucks, 5th Ave., 3rd Street, Delnor-Wiggins Park Beach, Botanical Gardens, Corkscrew Preserve, Barefoot Beach Preserve/Beach, Lowdermilk Park, Pickle Ball at East Naples Park, and much more!
Joe and Pat were excellent hosts, making sure we knew where everything was and how it worked, as well as the top sights to see.
We would definitely visit again!"

Naples Condo
"Pat & Joe's condo was just as explained in the description. It has everything you would need for a nice visit. We walked and biked to the Naples downtown area many times in our month stay. The lanai was a nice peaceful setting as well as the pool area. We even watched a Manatee from the pool area up the canal. Joe was very helpful and quick to respond with questions we had."

Good location !
"Locals say the location is for folks who have or like boats ! The condo being about a mile from Naples downtown is on a canal with boats. The view of the canal from inside the screened lanai is very calming and beautiful. We do not own a boat but enjoy the canal view and the big free screened lanai . The unit was very tidy with everything one could need . The owner very responsive to our needs. This is a quiet unit/ building in a location close to downtown and the beaches there. We are looking forward to returning !"

Excellent well equipped comfortable condo
"This was a beautifully maintained, very well equipped condo in a pleasant, quiet location overlooking one of Naples famous canals. Very convenient to centre of Naples 5th Avenue, shopping and restaurants. Beaches are only a short distance away and the owners Pat and Joe were most helpful and attentive.

Outstanding
"We are just finishing our 3 and 1/2 months stay at this condo. It is a wonderful place to stay. Conveniently located near downtown, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It is well furnished with a new kitchen that is fully stocked. The lanai is great and overlooks the Blue Point canal. We had most of our meals there, and it was a nice place to read and relax. The condo has an excellent TV and DVR system. The owners were excellent to work with and provided lots of information about Naples, the area, sightseeing activities, etc. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a stay near Olde Naples. We have enjoyed it so much that we have already sign a contract for the same time period next year."

Better than advertised!
"Our month in Naples was great this year. Our unit was so bright and spacious. It was pleasant even on a rainy afternoon. We spent time by the pool and on our lanai when we weren't out visiting various attractions in the area. The shopping district was a nice walk away and I got my exercise by walking down there and window shopping. Tin City was even closer and also a nice place to walk. Plus, we walked in and out of the lovely streets right in the community. The unit was well equipped with both small and large appliances. The dishes and glassware were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in some great restaurants, many reasonably priced.
Joe Kayal was a pleasure to to business with. Both efficient and thoughtful. Everything went very smoothly, from contract signing, meeting recommended neighbors for help and information and, sadly, leaving."

“home away from home”
"Stayed Jan 2016 and selected the condo because of it's amenities & location. Easy walk into 5th Avenue & Tin City for great choice of restaurants. But condo was so comfortable that we ate-in, breakfasts & dinners, far more than we expected we would. Two good sized bedrooms with quality bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Also communal laundry room. A minor problem with the water heater was very quickly resolved. We always say "it's not if things go wrong, it's how they are handled and resolved. And the owner, Joe, despite being in NY, was a true champion. The pool is heated and we often had it all to ourselves. TV and Wi-Fi excellent. Farmers-market / deli was easy walking distance along Davis Blvd. We loved staying here and didn't want to leave. Thanks again Joe & Pat."

“This condo was a home away from home.”
"The condo was perfect in every way we couldn't ask for more. The neighbours were very friendly and peaceful. Lovely warm pool, like a bath. The condo had everything we needed and more. We were two couples, and the accommodation was such that we didn't get under each other's feet.. Restaurants both at the end of the street and a short walk up to a larger area of restaurants and shops, made it a very convenient spot. What more can we say - A+++"

Relaxing place to stay
"My husband and I spent 5 weeks at this rental. It is in residential, very quiet neighborhood. It is close to the beach,shopping and restaurants. The condo is very well equipped with anything we could think of. The supplies were almost unlimited. The unit is updated and spotless. It is also very tasteful decorated.The owners were very gracious and very accommodating.The communication with them was outstanding.We had wonderful,relaxing time and we will definitely return. Fun in Naples
"My wife and I were lucky to have rented this condo for Febuary of 2014. Its convenient to shopping, dining and numerous attractions. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable furnishings of the condo. We recommend this unit to anyone who wants to spend time in a relaxing atmosphere in a top notch environment."

“Wonderful place to stay in Naples Florida”
"We couldn't have chosen a better condo to stay in for the month of January this year! The condo and location are everything they said, and more. I swam in the pool most days because it is so comfortably warm and clean. We brought our bikes, and we biked all over Naples, including going to the beach. There are bike racks everywhere and residents are used to people on bikes. Our kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, as well as towels and bedding. It felt like coming home - and that is the highest compliment I can think of to say. What a wonderful way to begin our retirement! Our thanks and appreciation to the owners!"

You will love this place
"This was an exceptional condo. Not only was it beautiful with a spectacular view but it had everything you could possibly want. My husband said it had more stuff than our own home - including a large TV with cable AND DVR. The pool is heated and uncrowded. It's within walking distance of downtown Naples - you don't even need a vehicle but a bike is fun."

Great accommodations, great owners!
"We stayed here for 2.5 months (winter 2012-2013) for a getaway from the snowy north. The condo is exceptionally clean with quality beds, well stocked kitchen, cable TV, internet, DVD player and more. The condo was very quiet during the day and night. Although we did not use it, there is a heated pool for those that appreciate a swim. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The owners are exceptional in delivering what they said and very pleasant to work with.
No hidden issues or problems whatsoever.
The condo has a great location. Going east one can easily get to the Everglades for birding and wildlife watching. A short drive to the west gets one to downtown Naples for fine dining and recreation. A little further west of downtown gets one to the Naples pier and beach.
In Naples we enjoyed the restaurants, beaches, fishing pier, Adult Ed. classes, library, museums, history presentations, Everglades, sunshine, and meeting new people. Never a dull moment!
Overall, we were very pleased with our winter escape and would recommend this rental condo."
