Location Info

Located on Anna Maria Island off the Gulf Coast and a brief drive from Bradenton and Sarasota, Bradenton Beach is a small town known for its fishing piers, sugar-sand beaches and a quaint strip of shops, restaurants and other family-owned businesses. The pace noticeably slows on the Gulf retreat of Bradenton Beach. Drive-through restaurants are prohibited here. Exhibit B: On Pine Avenue, near the northern end of the island, you'll find French-milled soaps, specialty olive oils, handmade clothing and small art galleries. Pine Avenue also is home to the Anna Maria Island Historical Museum, Artspace Studios and Gallery and Beach Bums, which rents bikes, kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the area

About Owner

Brits Chris and wife Irene fell in love with Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island more than 30 years ago and have happy memories of family holidays there with their two children. In 2015, their long-held pipe dream of one day owning their own holiday home in Bradenton Beach was finally realized. One day they'll get to spend longer there but in the meantime, they are happy to share their home from home with others.

General Policies

No smoking. No pets. From February 2021 we will be using SeabreezeVacations.com to manage our property. Seabreeze do not charge guests a booking deposit or processing fee, unlike many rental managers on the island. They also have an excellent cancellation policy. Details on request.

Details of deposit required and balance payment prior to arrival to follow asap.

There is an exit cleaning fee of $150 plus tax. There is a damage waiver fee of $79 plus tax.

House Rules

Free parking is available right outside your door. The condo is all on the ground floor and suitable for persons with mobility difficulties (but regrettably not wheelchairs). It is also ideal for children, being across the lawn from a gated swimming pool. Runaway Bay is across the street from our private access to the beach. The stop for the free island trolley (runs North and South of the island every twenty minutes) is immediately outside Runaway Bay so using a car is not essential.
