"We enjoyed our stay in Palm Cottage very much. This was our second time to stay there. It is a very cute bungalow with a perfect location relative to the beach, shopping, and dining. Not having to use a car to get to so many fun spots is one of my favorite things about the cottage. Beth is always quick with answers to any questions or requests."
Great stay
"We had a great stay at the Palm cottage. It was a few blocks to restaurants and the beach. The area was beautiful and peaceful. The patio area with lights was perfect in the evenings. Great size for a family of four. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything, plus a lot of extras we didn't expect! Check in and out was very easy, and Elizabeth was very accommodating."

Our December 2017 vacation in Gulfport was one of the best vacations mainly due to the wonderful accommodations of Palm Cottage. Upon our arrival we fell in love with this charming cottage with it's open floor plan, hardwood floors, fire place and beachy decor. The furniture was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathroom a good size with a walk in shower, bedrooms nicely decorated, ample storage and closet space. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and I took advantage of the large gas grill located on the side patio. The cottage is located on a well maintained corner lot, just a block from the bay/beach and within walking distance to restaurants, pier, parks, library and recreation center. This was our fourth year vacationing in Gulfport and each time we've rented from SplashyVentures (Flamingo Cottage 2x, Tyn & Marty's and Palm Cottage). The property manager, Beth Sexworth, was extremely helpful, always accommodating to our needs, on call should an issue arise and couldn't be nicer. Should we return to Gulfport next year we would definitely rent Palm Cottage again.
