General Policies
Before approval of lease, condominium rules require tenants to submit a lease application to the condominium board, a copy of which the owner will provide to potential tenants.
Applicants will also be required to submit a background and credit application with a charge of 150$. A form to fill in will be provided by the owner and then transmitted to the board.
House Rules
Before approval of lease, tenants are required to read and sign the condominium rules.
Terms & Conditions
After approval by condominium board of directors, the lease will be validated upon signature and initial payment will need to be made within 2 days of signature.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds. Travel Insurance is recommended.
