About Owner
We have being hosting since 2019 and love to meet people from all over the world. Orignally from Jamaica WI we relocated to New York in 1989 and lived there until 2012. We just could not do the snow no more. We really wished we had moved to Florida sooner. We use to vacation here twice per year and finally made the decision to move here. We could not be happier. We currently host several homes all around the Disney area and we go to the Theme parks alot. Our passion for hospitailty and customer service led us to this beautiful profession of hosting and we enjoy every minute of it.

General Policies
We will need a copy of the driver's license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guests over the age of 18 years old. We do not allow guest under 25 years of age to book reservation.Absolutley no partying of any kind allowed. We encourage our guests to purchase Travellers Insurance in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.Security deposit of $500 required for each booking. This is refunded upon check out if there are no damages or smoking of any kind done in the home. House Rules
A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun.... Pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rates. There is an additional fee of $50 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $500 per month based on the length of your stay. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay. This is a Non -Smoking Villa - There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed. A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings at time of booking. The rest is due 14 days before check in for stays of 14 days or less.
A 10% deposit is required for stays of 30 days or more with the balance due 60 days before check in for reservations made months in advance. For last minute or sooner reservations. Balance is due 14 days before check in
Cancellation Policy
Guest can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund for stays 2 weeks or less. For longer stays over 14 days..Guest can cancel up to one month before check in for a full refund.
