Location Info
Just off Stickney Point Road west, take the last left-hand turn onto Ave. D and then take the second right onto Sunrise Lane. Which is a Private Easement with NO turn around then we are the second house w/ white fence with parking just past the fence. Since it has no turn around just pull forward and back in. This will make it direct to unload/ reloading easy; automatically has you at the red gate directly behind you. This way of parking makes it easy and safe to pull out and see any comings or goings. Staying Safe.

We do handle reservations over the phone to offer a secure way of giving information vs. via internet/email. We do offer some special perks. All is offered to encourage New & Old "Friends" to help them all save money. Sharing our Homestead. For more information just contact us.
House Rules
Just ask and we will do our best to help. We are allowed to do any work that may be needed in the Private GardenJacuzzi/ Hot tub Decking or Lanai. Trash pick-up come here on Wednesday but we put out trash, recycles and yard waste on Tuesdays. You do have your own receptacles that we will come to collect. So have it out on Tuesdays.

Cancellation Policy
Being new Friends With advanced notifications we can offer up to a year to rebook so there are no refunds for Cancellations, Early Departures of Late Arrivals. Thereby to reschedule by hopefully up to a month in advance notice if possible. Or you may also Gift you time to someone else.
Benefits do not begin till payment is received in full. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

"This rental is an oasis. conveniently located to beaches. I personally loved Turtle beach, not crowed and easy to park. Cynthia is the consummate hostess. She'll provide you with great suggestions and the accommodations are beautiful, The pictures of the interior do not do it justice, every inch is well thought out and meticulous. What attention to detail! The hot tub water is like silk, gazebo with TV and beautiful lighting. Landscaping and outdoor decking is a site to behold. "We stayed for 6 nights and had everything we needed! It was so convenient to everything. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and tea out under the screened in gazebo. When we got back from the beach we could rinse off in the outside shower. Bed was comfortable and had all that we needed! The owner has thought of pretty much everything. One of my favorite things was the shower. It was awesome and relaxing! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!"
